Management is awesome. The Manager of Memory Care is extremely proactive, he's incredibly involved with the residents there as well as their families. Cody is amazing, he's very creative in planning activities for them and keeping them involved and is very sensitive to their needs and feelings. The staff really just stays involved with them and keep them active, they do a good job with the activities. The Director there and the Head Nurse and staff there are just very attentive, caring people and I think they do a great job. They're very respectful and they have a sense of humor, they roll with the punches which is very important in that unit.

The apartment seems to look good every time we go. We had some issues taken care of with maintenance when she moved in and I think they did a good job. The care staff is always pleasant when we are there.

I think it is a very fair value when we think of all she is getting. She seems to be enjoying the food that they give her. There seems to be a decent variety of things to do in activities. The transportation service has been very helpful to us.

The staff are really good at keeping me in the loop and she is really happy with the care. What they are suppposed to do is clear and anything they are supposed to do is happening.

I think their dining is very good and the staff seem to be very good with the residents. Whenever we have had a maintenance issue it is taken care of. He loves it, there's easy accessibility and just enough space.

My dad was there first, which is how we knew it'd be a great place for my mother, but I am pleased with the place and have recommended a lot of people go there. The Nurses are always there if you need them. It's always clean, the dining is great and everyone is quick to respond when you call, so it's been worth every penny.

They have a lot of family activities to get the families involved in stuff, housekeeping comes to my mom's apartment twice a week and the caregivers are very consistent and right on it. My mom loves it here.

Management is responsive to both the residents and the family; if I call them, they call me back. They have some amazing staff members who really go out of their way to learn everybodys' names and their preferences. We're just very impressed and happy.

For 2 rooms and a bathroom, the price is good and the care has been excellent. The dining service is very good, the staff is friendly and efficient. They have a few exercise classes offered. Overall, I like the people here and I feel safe here.

We are extremely satisfied with the value mom is getting. I think the activities are great and Cody, the Activities Director, is amazing. Everyone else, the Craft Director is great too. They're fantastic. Maintenance is awesome, Michael, the Maintenance Director, is tops.The on-staff doctor is amazing, caring, and compassionate. Service is great, all the girls are great with them. My heart goes out to everyone that works there. I think they are doing their best.
