Mansion at Waterford Assisted Living

I had looked for a place all over town for my husband for the last 6 month's and I excluded The Waterford because I thought it would be too expensive. I was so impressed with the Chris, Connie and Erica and this was exactly what I was looking for. The Veterans discount really helped out as well. I think the building is very nice and we like the park. He's been on two field trips that he's enjoyed. I just couldn't be happier and I feel like he's in a secure place. I'm pleased that God led me in this direction.

The Mansion at Wateford is a great value for what my mom pays. I think it provides great care. I think they do a great job and it's a good facility. I think my mom seems relatively pleased and she likes the people there . Her apartment is really nice and she seems happy with her own accommodations.

I chose Mansion at Waterford because I was impressed after I toured it. I am a little surprised because the pricing was a little less than what I expected for a community like this one, so that has been really great. Everyone is helpful and the food seems pretty good to me because looks like there is a certain amount of thought that goes into the meals in terms of a healthy diet. His housekeeping is pretty good and the few issues we had, maintenance was right on it. All in all, we're really happy so far.

The pricing is pretty competitive and I feel the value is very good. My mom really likes the breakfast and the service I have experienced at meal times has been great. The activities director has really stepped up. They took a tour the other day downtown that everyone thought was fabulous. Overall, the residents appear to be engaged at the community. I think they are doing a good job.

Maintenance has been fantastic. They installed a TV for her and They were very timely and helpful. The nurses are helpful. There are options for activities, but my mom chooses not to participate. The nurses have been helpful and respectful. We haven't had any notable issues.

Management seems to do a relatively good job. The food looks pretty good and my mother is well fed. Housekeeping does a pretty good job. Anytime I have a problem, the healthcare staff tries to handle it. I don't think it's perfect, but it's well above average. Most of the staff does a good job.

The residents had a great time last week when they went to something for the fourth of July. It seems like they really enjoyed themselves. The activities director took an evening group for the people that couldn't go in the morning, she is really good. The bus is new; it's only about a year old. The director is excellent. She does a lot for the residents. Every week it's something new and different. I think the receptionist is very nice. I haven't heard of any complaints so it seems like things are running smooth as far as my aunt is concerned.

I think the activities good. I think there is a good variety for different stages of life that the residents are in. I'm just a friend of a resident but everything seems to be going well there. The staff team is very accessible and responsive whenever they are needed.

They take good care of her and make sure she is fed well. Housekeeping is good. Maintenance is great as is the overall building. They keep it up nice. They are doing great and everything is going smooth so far.

They have done an amazing job of getting my sister more exercise, and getting more social. The last Activities Director, I think her name is Patti, was just amazing. She did a great job not only with my sister; I saw her connecting with other individuals, reaching out. I was very impressed with her. They had a good variety. The housekeeping and maintenance departments did a good job. The care staff always did an excellent job. I can see us bringing my sister back to the community. It was very reassuring having her there.
