Mansion at Waterford Assisted Living

Maintenance is very responsive. Anytime we've asked them to do something, they're on top of it. The community always looks nice and clean. The activities look fun and everyone seems to be having a good time. Anytime I ask something of management, they’re responsive.

The management team is good, they listen and address your concerns. The nurses are wonderful, they're very knowledgeable about medications and if we have a problem, they get it fixed.

It was the best. The management in this facility is the best I've ever seen. Everybody is a team player. It is a compassionate facility. The laundry service was excellent. They were just phenomenol.

I have been very pleased with the management. The housekeepers are keeping the apartment clean and they are changing the sheets when they clean. Every time I need something the care givers are very quick to respond and they are all very friendly. They are kind and exceptionally nice and friendly and are very personable people.

Management always treats us respectfully and have always been accessible. The care is going great.

I think the community is well priced for they offer my mother. Management has an open ear towards suggestions, which is really appreciated. They are doing quite a bit activity wise from what I can tell. For what they have to work with, the dining is good. Otherwise the community is always in good shape and well done, so I tell people the place has been good.

The caregivers were all first rate across the board. My mother was cared for very well at this community. They provided her with her medication and treated her very well. Housekeeping kept her apartment clean for her and maintenance got her cable television set up nicely. It is a beautiful community that is always spotless and her room had everything that she needed. My mother enjoyed the activities, they had a lot of live musicians come in to perform which my mother enjoyed. There was a woman who would take them out on excursions on the van and she enjoyed those a lot. The service in the dining room was fine and the management did a really good job. I didn't have to talk to them that often because things ran so smoothly here.

She has a nice apartment and we like that a lot. I think the food sounds great and the menu is really outstanding. The food was good when I ate there and the service was just fine. I think the activities sound good. Everything in her apartment looks nice when I visit and I think maintenance is doing a great job.

My father generally has the same nurses and I've gotten to know them and like them a lot, they're pretty attentive. The dining seems quite good generally speaking. As for the maintenance staff, it seems like they're pretty resposive to me.

My main concern for my husband is his safety, so the Mansion at Waterford has been very valuable to me. They have a lot of things that go on in the main room and we really like the monthly piano that comes down.
