Mansion at Waterford Assisted Living

Overall, I found it to be a very fine facility. For the time that my parents were at the community the management was very cooperative. The housekeeping and laundry services were satisfactory and in regards to the maintenance, things were taken care of promptly. The care givers took very good care of my mom and they were doing the best that they could.

The care staff are super attentive, super polite and clearly there for the patients. My parents rave about the people that take care of them, give them their medication and help them out. The management have all very helpful, thoughtful and responsive to my needs and questions. Whenever we are there and look at the calendar there is always something going on in activities.

They have a lot of activities and I imagine they are pretty good. I think the value is also good.

My father gets good food here and the dining service is excellent. There are a lot of activities offered, the housekeeping takes really good care of his apartment and the maintenance guys go above and beyond for him. For the most part the care is good. The girls who do the care are excellent and the value here is very good.

Compared to everyone else, this community is a good value, and I have been very happy with everything. My mother gets very good treatment, and they stay on top of things. The building always looks clean and it doesn't stink, which makes me very pleased. I have never gone in there to see the apartment dirty, and the laundry is always put back in her room. I have taken her out to the main dining room to have a meal with her, and it was fine. The staff tries to keep her busy with activities. Management is quick to call us, and if at anytime I want to call to ask a question, I get an answer. All in all, I have already told several people about it because I've had no complaints with the place. It's been very nice for her, and she feels both safe and comfortable.

The whole community, from the kitchen to the staff, they would bend over backwards for my Mom. Nothing comes close to what they do for her. She's really happy. The care staff is always there to take care of my Mom

The dining is good. I haven't heard a complaint from either parent. They come and do the beds every day and do the cleaning on Sunday mornings. The building is in good condition and nice. The entry with the gardens is all very nice. The inside seems they are on top of it. I have no issues with the people administering medication, they are all very nice. Most of the nursing staff I have met with have been very nice. They are usually responsive to you.

Management is very responsive. If there is something that comes up, they address it quickly, and they are pleasant to work with. The dining staff is also very helpful. The activities are good, and housekeeping does their best. The caregivers have done a good job with my mother, and they are very responsive. Compared to what she is getting and the services that are offered, I think the value is there. Overall, we have been very pleased. The people that are here do an exceptional job with what they have. The staff has been really good about working with my mother.

The way the management interacts with me and my aunt is good. Te care staff is good. The nurses helped formulate a plan for my aunt and she is happier. I researched every area community so I think the price is very fair, the value is good for what she gets and the apartment size. My aunt is content there.

She is happy with the housekeeping. They come the same time every week for the cleaning and laundry.
