Mangrove Bay

It is very convenient and beautiful. It's been twelve years and I feel she is safe there. Management is great. They are always available. She loves the activities, the blackjack and the bingo. The housekeepers are very good. I don't have any complaints. She is happy with them. It is a beautiful community.

When you walk in the people at the front desk are friendly, it always seems clean and fresh, and my uncle seems happy there. The couple times I've needed something, management has been very good. I've eaten there a couple of times with my uncle and I thought the food was excellent. The service was really nice. The hallways look neat and clean. I’ve never seen anything amiss. The overall maintenance, they keep it up. My uncle says housekeeping comes in once a week and does some general cleaning for him. His place looks good. His clothes are always clean. I'd say they do a good job. I've been pleased with the way things are run when I go down and see my uncle.

I think it's a very well-run organization, everyone is helpful and friendly. The food is very good and there are events every week and bus trips. I think they are much happier and better adjusted now that they're in MC. We love the place, my wife and I would move in there in a heartbeat ourselves, it's such a nice place and the staff is really great.

After a few years there, my aunt is moving closer to me. Mangrove Bay is one block from the beach. My aunt walked her dog every night after ten, so she definitely was safe. I think the service and the leadership there is really good. All the caregivers were pretty on-top of things with her call button, and they always checked in with my aunt in the mornings. The ladies in housekeeping were phenomenal. They were super sweet and nice, and they dealt with a lot. Food has always been phenomenal. We actually rented the dining hall at one point and had a huge birthday party. They were phenomenal, service and food were phenomenal. I think they have a ton of activities and a bunch of outings for residents to do. Transportation was awesome, they were great. My aunt felt very safe and comfortable there, no issues, she was happy there.

I feel fortunate to be able to live here. The company is good, the food is good, and the activities are good, the building is well maintained. I think the management is excellent and they are always interested in ways that they can help you. There is lots of exercise classes. There is water aerobics, games and movies. Housekeeping is excellent. They come routinely and clean for me. I think it is exceptional. I think this is a great place to live and I feel lucky to be here.

Mangrove provides value with offering all levels of living and they provide excellent service. The care and the charge for it I think is great. Being here in Florida, they are prepared for any weather emergency and me knowing Mom is cared for is a major source of contentment for me. I think the manager has done a great job of creating a nice culture here. I am really grateful to the community for providing activities for my mom. She enjoys the outings and getting outside for exercise. Every time I go visit the room is super clean and all her clothes smell nice. Maintenance is quick to take care of any issue. Things don’t linger around. It is great they offer choices of transportation from a limo to a bus. They are very professional and right now I prefer to use that service over my own car. The care staff does a good job of keeping her cleaned up during the day throughout meals.

My mom loved it there. If it wasn't for me to drive all the time she would still be there.The maintenance staff are great. They are kept very busy and they are very responsive. I give them good kudos. The transportation is wonderful. Mangrove Bay is a great place. It is wonderful. It was a great experience. They kept my mom tremendously busy. The management and the leaders are doing a good job.

I think they have gone above and beyond at Mangrove. The management is open to communication. Mom and I really don’t have problems with the quality or services from dining and the food is appropriately fixed. They do offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The building is nicely maintained and the hallways are clean. I am overall pleased. I feel like I have been heard.

I'm impressed with the management staff's concern for the residents and there are certainly a lot of things that I enjoy doing here. The food is excellent, they've done a great job changing it in the last few months, it's made a big difference. I think they do an excellent job of taking care of the residents' apartments as well as the building itself, I'm very much impressed with what they're able to do.

It was a very very positive experience for my mom when she was there. The management staff was very attentive and easily accessible, especially Gina, who was the Director of the Memory Unit. Elma, the Activities Director, was outstanding, and the staff on the Memory Unit is excellent. The dining gave the residents in the Memory Unit choices, which was good, and they changed as her dietary needs changed. My mom's room was always clean, her clothes were always clean. The maintenance staff was very responsive and the transportation services were excellent. The attendants and aides in the Memory Unit are very good. It was pretty comparable to other community rates.
