Mangrove Bay

I think the people that are working with the care of my aunt are doing God's work. They are wonderful and very attentive. In terms of services, I am satisfied and I feel she is safe and comfortable living here.

The management has always been great as far as I am concerned. We have lived here for five years and they are really special people. Things are always taken care of. We have a corner lot and we have a good view. I don't have any complaints. We do feel safe. Even when we had the hurricane last year and we stayed, the staff was outstanding. Everyone who has visited us say it is a great community.

This is a perfect place for my mom and I'm very satisfied and very happy that she is in this community. Management has been great to work with. They welcome you when you come in, they're very attentive, very happy and they treat my mother well with a lot of loving care. My mother loves the food and they have good snacks too. Alma is great at planning the activities. The laundry and housekeeping is perfect, everything is spotless. The building is spotless clean, it's very welcoming and it's like walking into a hotel. The care staff is very loving to my mother and they take very good care of her. It's expensive but I know my mother is in an excellent place and I don't have to worry about her so it's worth every penny.

This is a marvelous place. I can't say anything bad about it. The quality of the food is excellent and I have been here when they clean and they do an impeccable job. In regards to the maintenance, when you put in an order they are very prompt. I think that everything is wonderful and the apartment is very nice.

I chose this for my mother for the location of the community to my residence, management with some longevity, and it is a place that cared. I am pleased with the cameras on the hallways and alarms on the doors because my main thing is the safety of my mom. There are plenty of activities for her to particpate in. They go out on outings once or twice a week and that makes me happy. The rooms are all spotless, there is not a smell of urine in the community. I think the ratio of staff to resident is phenomenal.

We love the management and we think they handle things very well. We have been very impressed. They know everyones name and you can talk to anyone you wish anytime and they stop. You don't find that any place else. I think the food is fantastic. We have a budget of $400 a month that comes to $12.95 per day. We have three courses: salad, main course and beverage and desesrt. I can't even imagine how they could provide a meal for that kind of money. If you don't like the main entree you can get a salad. It is the best buy you can get any where. We are inundated with activities. We go out for lunch once a month and dinner once a month and we go to the better restaurants.We go to the mall and the mall theater. Housekeeping over all is great. I can't believe what these ladies do. They come to our apartment every two weeks and do a great job. The whole bulding is immaculate. They are dusting and cleaning all the time. We are complimenting the staff because they do such a great job.

Management answers any questions I have, I'm pleased with the place and I like the way it's being run. I haven't been disappointed, any time I've asked for something in particular they have done it. There's a variety of activities. They take us to different shows if we want to go and they have plenty of exercise activities and people that come in to entertain us. Housekeeping and maintenance are good, they come immediately. As far as I'm concerned it has met all of my needs.

I have a very nice condo here. Everything is here, you really don't have to go anywhere. I'm very fond of everybody here, they're good. The dining staff are the best, they're always on top of things. When you walk in the doors it's very attractive, it's neat and very well maintained. Every time I walk in the front door I think of how pretty it looks and they keep up with it.

The staff all so good to me, I like them all, it's great. The building is fabulous, they keep it so nice. Housekeeping has been good too. Before I fell, I went to the pool everyday and that was great. I like it very much here.

The blonde lady at the front desk and the person that I deal with on the bill are great. I've never seen anything out of place within her room or the building. Everything is just the way it should be regarding maintenance. The apartment design and layout is good. It's just what my mother needs. For Florida I think they are in a competitive ballpark. They are in the middle of cost and the upper end of quality, so I am satisfied.
