When you ask management to do something, they follow-through. If you ask a question, they answer, and if they don’t have the answer, they find out. They have a variety of activities. I'm more of a spectator, but they always look fun. Housekeeping does a good job. Maintenance is very good. I don’t drive anymore so I take the limo a lot. Transportation works out well. I feel safe and comfortable here.

The plantings outside of the building when you first come in make you feel good and they're perfectly maintained, bright and cheerful. I happen to like flowers and it's really pleasant to come in here. I think they truly try to accommodate us as much as possible. If you request something it gets done. The new menus they have I'm very pleased with. Marsha is doing a good job with the activities. Transportation is very accommodating and lovely.I think everyone does a great job here.

Management is very friendly and greet you when you come in. Transportation is always available and take my mom where ever she needs to go when she needs them to. They have a big variety of different things to do for the residents. They seem to take care of everyone, there is always something going on and they're keeping up the rennovations to make it look nice.

There is one individual that is outstanding, Alma, the recreation person. The care staff is outstanding but I'm sure there is room for improvement someplace. I haven't seen a need for maintenance, which means it's probably being taken care of. Housekeeping has been consistently good. Management is not perfect but they're very good. Overall, for the care my is great and the activities are ideal for her.

My mom has really taken to Brian. He has been just wonderful with her. Maintenance was very helpful with a bed delivered and adjusted for her height. The activities was one of the things that was attractive to me because I thought my mom needed to be in a more socialized environment. The staff goes out of their way to make sure she's engaged. Everyone that I've dealt with has been really good and very helpful. There's never been a question unanswered. I can't say enough about them.

I moved her into the community having known people who worked there. The management has been very attentive to her and made her transition as easy as possible. They're renovating the whole building and it looks very nice. She uses the transportation all the time. They go places all the time, it keeps them busy and the vehicles are beautiful, big limos. The food is great and they always have desserts and ice cream, which she loves. They offer swimming and chair yoga and many more activities to make the transition bearable. Overall, it has been great and the front desk gal is the most cheerful person I've seen.

Housekeeping is excellent. Maintenance is very good. When you walk in, the people at the front desk are very helpful. We're quite satisfied overall. The transportation is dependent and adquate. I hear good things about the activities. There seem to be things my dad enjoys, good quality things to do.

They're doing some work on the building now, so Maintenance is staying on top of things. The Management is very good. My mom doesn’t do any of the activities. I can tell you from what I visually see, it looks nice. They offer a good selection of activities and they look nice. When I walk by people will talk to me. Housekeeping is very good. Her place is beautiful all of the time. It's right on the water so it's beautiful.

I'm an attorney in town and I recommend it to the entire town. The fact that there is always someone at the front desk, I think that's a big plus to have someone there. My mom likes it and I like it. It's a nice feeling that someone is there. Maintenance is excellent. It's unbelievably clean. It looks like a hotel. The place is top notch. I think the dining is really excellent! I've eaten there numerous times. The food is really good. The menu is great. The service is top notch. Management is super responsive to anything that comes up. They're really on the ball and I haven't had any issues there. I think this is a top notch place and the facility is beautiful. I think the building is beautiful. I've brought people in there and they're all very impressed with it. It's just really top notch.

Management is great; I've been here 10 years, so they've been doing something right. Housekeeping is excellent. They're right on time, do a good job, and are continually friendly. I haven’t had a complaint in nearly ten years. Maintenance always helps me. If I need something fixed, it's fixed immediately. I use the Transportation all the time, and it is excellent. They go out of their way to help me. I really do love it here. I've made friends here I could have been friends with my entire life. I have wonderful friends here, I really do. I'm very involved with the activities. If I ever make a suggestion, it's taken very well. I love it here.
