I never hear my father complain. The servers are very nice, and very quick. There's always something he seems interested in activities wise. Housekeeping is perfect. It's always clean, you never notice anything wrong. Overall, it's been good.

I think they do a superb job there. I think the management, from the director on down, is amazing. It seems like the staff really enjoy what they are doing. It's a good price for what is offered. I looked around a little bit at comparable communities. I think that it is a good value. Betty does a superb job of scheduling and trying to get everyone where they need to go. I've been playing the games and have been enjoying the pool's exercise 'aqua-cise'. I've been pleased so far, I've certainly been busy.

I have everything I need, I'm very lucky to be living in such a wonderful place. The accommodations are beautiful. Wonderful building, it's spotless and clean. We all have things that go wrong that need to be fixed. You just put a note on the desk and it is taken care of. Everything here is very good. The management team is superior. They are very polite and all get along well with each other. It's a real team. The activities are great too. It's expensive, but it's been worth it to me. I certainly don't want to move.

I don't have any complaints. The activities are good. I can't think of anything they can improve on, things are done quite well. I'm very satisfied with the administration, they are excellent. I really have no complaints in regards to any of them.

I think the staff goes out of their way to make things better for you. If you are having a bad day they know it. Everyone is so friendly, whether it is the maintenance team, front desk, or activities people. They are extremely helpful. I wouldn't want to move anywhere else.

I think everyone is doing what they’re supposed to be doing. The servers are fine. They do a very good job here. They offer a lot of outings. I have someone come in every other Monday who helps take care of my room. They do a pretty good job. Anything that I have that needs fixing, maintenance is right on the spot. They respond almost immediately on most occasions. The transportation guys used to take me to my doctor's appointments five days a week when I had a cancer problem. I never had a problem with the transportation. The vehicles are lovely. I would recommend it here.

It's a beautiful community. The staff is excellent and is very concerned about us and tries hard to make sure we're happy. The Activities Director bends over backwards to make sure we have a variety of activities for us to choose from. I use the transportation all the time, and that is one of the most excellent services that we have at Mangrove. The staff is outstanding, especially the Director, Betty. She bends over backwards to make sure we get to our appointments on time and they pick us up in a timely fashion. I can’t think of anything that I would want to upgrade.

The people here are the nicest people around. I've known them for years. It's a safe place to be, and it really makes you feel good. I just had lunch by the pool, very relaxing. They have a lot of shows too. I've been here for almost nine years and the same people are still here, which is nice.

This is my first experience with a community like this and in my eyes it seems pretty good. They have a nice variety of activities. The management team has been accommodating. For being institutional food, I think it's really good. When I go there it is very clean. Fresh towels and what not, so there's nothing I have to complain about! They've been accommodating. I have nothing to compare with so I'd have to say I don't have any complaints. It's still only been two weeks, but I hope it continues to go well.

I would definitely recommend the facility. I really think it's a good place to live. The activities that I do take part in are very good. I'm very satisfied with the price. It’s nice to live here. It's nice to not have to take care of my own place. The management team is very pleasant and very helpful. I just really like living here.
