Mangrove Bay

The management is very friendly and very accommodating and have answered all my questions. I go there twice a week and when I am there the bed is made and everything is clean and taken care of.

This community does a great job and you get a good value for your money. My mother's apartment is great. Management is very good at trying to get after all your needs and they are right on top of any concerns. I have no problems so I would say they are very good. The food is good and the activities they have are great. They do a very good job of offering a lot of activities. They keep her apartment and the community very clean. They do an excellent job. They are very good with the maintenance. They try to keep everything working to the best of their ability. If you have a complaint, they get on it as quickly as possible. She used to use the transportation and it was excellent. The caregivers are very responsive when she has needed them.

In the year and a half my mom has lived here, management has been very responsive. My mom participates in the bible study and the chair aerobics. I think the price is right where it should be.

I'm continuously amazed at how willing management is to take care of the residents here. You can speak with anyone from management at any time. I enjoy the food and I think it's well prepared with a great menu variety. I enjoy a number of activities. At any time there are activities that the residents can join in on. They try to help us with transportation whenever they can, they follow their schedule and make changes to the schedule when they feel it would serve the residents better. The drivers are very polite and helpful. I'm really impressed with the transportation.

I think the price is pretty fair and I am very satisfied with the management. I think they are good and I think they do a very fine job. They are very responsive. The food is very tasty and the staff are doing well with the activities. We get a new calendar every month and the activities are listed on that with the correct times and days. Maintenance is very good and very responsive. If you have a problem, they are right here and know what they are doing. The building is clean and well maintained.

I've lived in the area for a while and watched Mangrove Bay being built, and my life companion and I have been here over six years now. No one else tries as hard as the managers do. Their patience with the people is unreal. Marcia does a fantastic job with activities. She has so much going for us. We go to restaurants for lunch and sometimes dinner every month. We even got to go to the Downtown Abbey exhibition in Palm Beach. The maintenance of the building is great. They keep the building spotless, I see them vacuuming and cleaning constantly. Transportation is great, they are excellent. They are courteous and there are a lot of places we can go. I am very satisfied with what we're provided with.Absolutely I would recommend it, hands down.

The place is beautiful. My mom is always busy with the activities. There is much more than what my mom can do. The dining is great and the menu is really good, they have two menus. My mom is real happy with the housekeeping and laundry services. My mom uses the transportation service regularly and they're great. Everything is really good there, I don't have any problems at all. My mom is pretty happy there.

I've been here for six and a half years and feel very comfortable here. The managers are very knowledgeable, they know everyone. It's a personal communication, and we enjoy that recognition. We think that's very positive. The dining is good, very good. The food is excellent. It's nutritious and you can’t beat it. I am heavily involved with activities. It's wonderful. I teach a painting class, I am involved with photography, and Marcia who heads up the activities does an exceptionally fine job. Everything planned out for the month and scheduled. Everything is kept immaculate; my apartment’s cleaned every week. Maintenance is very good. . Management has plans for a major overhaul of the hallways. We continually entertain our friends here and bring new residents in. I am quite satisfied with the fairness of the price. The value is there, it's because of the staff and how the community is maintained.

I've been here two years and I happen to have one of the premiere apartments here. I like the layout, I think it's good. I have a two bedroom apartment and I like it. I am as safe as you can be. I have been very impressed with the staff here. I find the management very active in getting to know people here which makes us feel more welcome. They seem to be truly concerned and try to keep things as they should be. if we have a complaint they try to take care of it immediately. If I need to get somewhere they make sure I get there using the transportation service here. When I have an appointment I give them 24 hours’ notice. Housekeeping is as good as it can be and maintenance is good. The dining is good. I happen to be on the food committee. If you ate at the same restaurant you'd get tired of it, but I have no problem with the food they serve and how they serve it. It’s well balanced; we have a nice variety, plenty of choices.The entertainment activities are good. I can’t complain, I am a pretty happy camper.

I do a lot of the activities and they are excellent. I enjoy the activities and I enjoy the people and I enjoy my friends. The housekeeping and laundry are excellent. I have no problems with maintenance. They are busy all the time and things are being fixed. The transportation is absolutely flexible. If I needed anything in five minutes they would do it. I love it here. I think it is great. I love the people. I love my friends.
