The management staff is all so friendly and willing to help. It is great. I enjoy in taking part in all kinds of activities. The only things that I am not taking part in are the exercises. I have some medical problems. Otherwise, I am satisfied. Occasionally maintenance helps me change the tank of oxygen. If I don't have a family member here I ring the bell and they come and help me. There are no problems. The building is very nice. I am satisfied here.

The value is pretty good. It is expensive so it's hard to say, but that is common with most places. I would say the activities are pretty good. There are a lot of things that are offered, there's always something for them to try. Whether or not they want to participate is a separate matter. Housekeeping has been good and in the past they have been timely with maintenance, so it's good. It's been a good place for my mom.

The size of the community was a positive; we just thought it would be a good fit overall. Size wise, activity wise, people wise, it all seemed to be a good value. It's been great. Within a week of my mom moving there she has said that she loves it. That's a huge deal to us. She loves it there; it's a relief and makes us happy. It actually looks like an apartment and feels like a real home. We just checked out the activities for the first time. She is happy just playing bingo, honestly. She says the housekeepers come in and take care of everything. She is appreciative of everything they do for her. The care staff has been excellent. They have all been very attentive and very responsive to her.

My father is receiving excellent care and the staff is very vigilant with him. He is getting a healthy diet which he isn’t exactly used to. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job; there is no filth in his room. They do his laundry it's going good. The building looks excellent. The healthcare staff seems very nice, trained and informed of what is going on.

Noelle, the Executive Director, has been amazing. She answers questions and is very intuitive. She's been great. My aunt's really been enjoying the food and has invited me to join her for lunch tomorrow. I have seen the calendar and they are always reminding the residents of upcoming activities. There are things to do and it's going to be good for her to have the activities. I've seen the maintenance men taking care of the flower garden by the front door. The first time the staff came in with her medications, they sat down at a table and discussed each one with her. Things have been great. I'm thankful there are places like this out there for people.

They are pretty accessible in the management office. The service appears to be fine. Judy is very good. She tries to offer the residents a lot of different things to do. She has someone come in every couple of weeks. The housekeepers empty the garbage daily and the building is always pretty well kept.

Housekeeping is pretty friendly and always come in knowing my mom's name with a smile. When my mom calls maintenance, they come up right away. It always feels like you come to an apartment instead of a nursing home when you get there, it's well kept.

I would definitely tell someone that this is a good place. Everything he management staff have done and everything we have asked for them to do have gone really smoothly. There is plenty to do. The maintenance staff helped my father-in-law set up his TV, cable and computer. That went really well for him. The facility is always neat and clean. They decorate it for every holiday. At Christmas, I worked with a lady who was phenomenal. She let us use one of the social rooms so we could celebrate Christmas as a whole family. They could not have made our Christmas better. They were incredibly accommodating to us.

The price is fair and the management is very engaged and very caring about the residents at the community. The food tastes good and the place is clean. The activity director is very engaged. There seems to be a good variety and there is a calendar that comes every month with what activities are happening, so in terms of planning it is fantastic. I'm there a lot during the weeks and my impression overall is that it is above average, I don't have any complaints.

It's a good value for what we've gotten. Management was very responsive to everything we needed. I know my dad is quite happy, he thinks the food is very good. He likes the choices. I remember him saying the service staff is on top of everything. Right when he asks maintenance to do something, they're there to fix it with a smile.
