The Haven at Springwood

The Haven is worth the value. have had here have been tasteful, well prepared and very appetizing looking. I think they do an excellent job with the activities, they seem very popular. The care staff takes the time to find out what she needs and visit with her when she calls them. They give her time to know that she isn't forgotten. It is worth the value.

I think everybody has been amazing. I think the dining is great and she is happy with the meals, so the variety is fine. It's actually a larger variety than she'd have if she lived home alone, so the whole experience has been excellent. I am glad they have so many things to keep her busy daily.

Management always answers my questions and seems to be very responsive on anything. They take the time to explain anything that comes up. Housekeeping is done weekly and on a regular basis. The caregivers that are there are very good.

My brother and I went around and saw a bunch of other places and then we decided the Haven was the best fit for her. Everybody in management has been so helpful and answered all of our questions. My mom always says she gets plenty of food, she seems very satisfied with the dining. I think they have wonderful trips, they go to Red Lobster, it's a very good variety. The whole place is beautiful, it's light, bright and airy, it's nice and clean, it smells good, it's nice. The healthcare staff is wonderful. I'm just extremely happy and my mind is at ease knowing that she's safe and very well taken care of there.

We had been looking for a change from where she was and went to a number of different places around the area and settled on the Haven because of the friendliness of the place, the staff they had there that we met, how long the staff had been there and those types of things. The kitchen and dining room are very well organized and super clean, I was just amazed at how clean the kitchen was. Some of the people had been there for eight, nine and ten years. She's already gone out on the bus to a country ride they had and to the stores. She's already engaged in these things which seems to be very very good for her. They made us feel at home.

I think the dining is very good. Everybody has been super so far. First impressions are really good and we are really happy with everything so far.

Management has been great so far and I've seen the activities list, there is plenty for my father to do. The Director of Wellness has been a real sweetheart to work with, she has been so understanding and has spent a lot of time working with me.

I chose this community for my sister because we liked the openness and all the activities. The building appears to be in excellent condition and everytime I have been there her room and clothes have been clean. Management has been very friendly, cooperative and helpful. I think she is safe here.

The community always goes above and beyond, so she is very happy there. Management is always out talking to us, answer any questions we have and they're very friendly, so they don't keep anything in the shadows. The building looks brand new and my grandmother's room has been pretty good. I absolutely adore the barn that has been converted into a dining room because it's beautiful, so looks alone, it's great. The food is a lot better than a lot of places I have been to, even restaurants, and although I don't know a lot about the menu because I have only ate there a few times, she says there is a lot of choices.

Dad has been there two years and everybody seems so happy and they love it. The daytime care staff is excellent!
