The Haven at Springwood

She participates in many different things. She goes to the movies and church services and people come in to talk. The housekeeper are excellent. They get to know the person and they do a great job. The care staff is great. Maintenance wise, there is nothing wrong with the place. My loved one is happy with the food. She never complains.

My mom just loves the dining. She really likes their food and the service is great. The activities are great for my mother. She gets involved in them so much. The housekeepers are very good. Mom has always been happy with them too. We have never had any problems with maintenance and in a short time they take care of issues that she might have. When we were looking around every place we looked at we compared to the Haven because the Haven had so much.

We liked this community the best out of the three we looked at. It is a lovely place, just beautiful. The care nurses make sure she is up and out to get her meals, and make sure she gets her medication, and socialize with her.

My parents do a lot of activities there and they love it. The Activities Director, she is fantastic. Housekeeping is excellent also. They do what they're supposed to when they're supposed to. Anytime my parents need something fixed it gets done by maintenance. Everyone there is fantastic.

Everything in her room is always clean and in place and her laundry is clean regularly and put away. Maintenance is wonderful, they are very helpful and prompt. I've had few needs but when I do the management is prompt to take care of things. I think the care givers have been excellent. I would say it's a good value for what she gets.

Management was very nice and helpful. Anything you needed they were right there to take care of it for you. The dining room is beautiful and a lot of the times when I go in there, they have music going on and refreshments and stuff. I really love the place, everybody is so nice and helpful.

Compared to other places, I am more than satisfied with the price right now and the living space for my mother is excellent. The healthcare staff is doing super and they treat her like family, so she appreciates they're all doing for her. The building is very clean and the new sign is definitely a plus. Overall, transportation is very good, the management team is excellent and I am always informed, so I couldn't ask for better.

They seem to always have different activities, so there is nice variety offered. Management seems to be on top of things.

The management is courteous, kind, and respectful. The property is beautiful and my mom is able to participate in a variety of activities.

We are pleased with the services they are getting. The apartment is pretty comfortable and they are happy to have people come visit. The business office, front desk and marketing were all excellent. The food is pretty good. The housekeeping and laundry have been excellent. Overall, I think it is good.
