I am pleased with the way things have gone since we made our change to assisted living. Mom is involved in the activities and goes on outings like swimming at the athletic club and YMCA. I am very pleased with everything that gets done with her laundry and cleaning of the room. It never smells and the trash is taken out. I am very happy with the way things are going.

My mother is real happy with her apartment. The food is great, there are always good activities and the building is kept up well. The care has been going well.

The value is good, her comfort-level was sky-high, and she was absolutely safe. My experiences with dining have only been the holiday events and the food was always very good. They have activities like church services, the fellowship, singing, bible readings. The care givers were very good at what they did, very respectful. I feel the staff actually likes and wants to be there. It's a beautiful community.

Vangie, the director of assisted living is a lifesaver. She has just made the sundown years of my mom's life as best as it could possibly be. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaning crew has been very friendly and made you feel right at home. When I am there I see exercise, music, bingo and they bring in entertainment. The activities are phenomenal. Overall, the building and outside are very clean and well kept. The care staff is very attentive to her needs. They are prompt with service and supporting of the family.

I am very comfortable with her here. It is a very nice, clean establishment and I am happy with it. It is centrally located and at this place you get more for your dollar. The management is really good. They are very polite and very proficient in what they do. They maintain the unit pretty good. They keep it clean. The care givers are pretty prompt and pretty polite and pretty efficient in what they do. I am impressed.

They place is always meticulously cared for. The people that work there are always upbeat and positive and professional. They have to deal with a lot and they are always good about it with a sense of humor. My mom is happy there. People are always going above and beyond. Brandon is relatively new and he has been a very good new person. I think the food is generally pretty good. There are a lot of activities and a lot of diversity. The maintenance staff are wonderful. To have a piece of mind and not be havng to provide it yourself. You can't put a pricetag on that.

I scoured several places and this place was by far more to our liking. This place always has some activity going on in it. Mom will go down to the lobby and watch others do an activity. IHer apartment is perfect for her. She is content with it and for that I don't mind paying what we are for it.

My stay here has been wonderful, I have no complaints. I chose this place almost six years ago because I had friends here, and since I moved in more friends of mine from the past have moved in. My apartment is fine for me and the transportation is really good. The activities are pretty good here. You don’t have to sit in your apartment doing nothing, there's always something going here that's enjoyable. I like the exercises, it keeps us moving, and just visiting with all the people. They have a pretty good variety in the dining room so I always find something I like. The managers are good. They are all very friendly and concerned about our health. They stay concerned about all of us and are doing a good job. Housekeeping cleans my apartment once a week and I do my own laundry. If I feel like I don’t want to do my laundry they will do it for me, no complaints there. They're really good with cleaning and laundry. Maintenance keeps the grounds neat and nice, and the building is well kept. Our courtyard is very nice. The value is good. I think they do a good job, they're caring, everyone who works here knows your name, it's like one big happy family. I am just comfy and happy here.

I've been here now as an employee and a resident, and I am very comfortable here. I told them I wanted a large one bedroom facing the courtyard. They had one, it was a recent move-out, and the apartment needed extensive work. Maintenance did it in two or three weeks and did an absolutely wonderful job. I can tell you that the Director is terrific. One of the nicest, most congenial people I've met. His staff is great, professional and polite, and they seem to work well as a team which makes it comfortable for the residents. I have nothing negative to say about any of them. Some activities are popular. They did a Valentine's party that was a huge success. We handed out flyers in the community. The musician was terrific, the food was great, and families came it was successful in every way. I have two little dogs I bought after my husband died and they both are real cute. I am very attached to them. They're well behaved and well-mannered. They have settled in comfortable, everyone loves them, and the courtyard is great. There are other dogs in the building, they can play out there, and they all get along. I would say the value is fair. Comparatively speaking, the prices are fair as they are right now.

For me, my son, and my wife, we're extremely pleased with everything there. Mom can be difficult, but the managers were so helpful helping us through the process of moving her in, staying on top of things, and any questions we had, they were quick to address. They are so pleasant and helpful. He maintenance team addressed everything immediately when she moved in, hanging pictures and such. They have come back immediately if she needed them again. I think the community looks great. My only concern, it's not the side of the building she is on, but the back parking lot is a little dark. I don't see any security fencing. There's not enough lighting. I would say the activities are very good. I know they had added some things like more entertaining events. She enjoys the activities, the bingo and anything else going on. She's excited about that stuff. If we have any issues, we call the care givers and it gets addressed immediately. Every time we go in there's always staff around. In terms of the services we're getting, I think it's a good value. To me her apartment is very comfortable, she can get out, walk, get involved, and be around, it's a whole better situation than at home.
