Brandon, the new administrator, has all those qualities that you need when you're working with older or retired people. He's kind, he's compassionate, he's friendly, he anticipates me and if he sees that a person needs something he doesn't delegate it to another person, he does it himself. He has totally changed the spirit and ambiance there. Everything is done as requested and in a timely manner with housekeeping. Maintenance is there as soon as you put in the work order. It's a great sense of relief to the family to have my sister there and know she gets everything she needs. It's a very friendly environment and it's home.
