The nursing staff is wonderful. Sherri and the nurses are very good and they call me right away if something is wrong. Anything I ask for, or any question I have, management always answers. The cleaning is immaculate. They know what they're doing over there, I'm really happy with them.

I think they do pretty well here. They have quite a few activities. The care is just fine. If I fall, the caregivers come. They make and change my bed for me and do things. They're very nice. Sometimes they're real busy, but they come as fast as they can. Whenever I need a light fixed, Dan is always here. I've been satisfied with it.

The Memory Care director met me on a Sunday and helped me move her in. My mother's been eating really well there. She does really like having a garden in the middle courtyard. They actually do take them out into the garden. Her room is always clean too, which I appreciate. It's going better than I thought it would.

The management staff does everything that they say they're going to. They're always doing interesting things, keeping them busy. My mom enjoys it. The care team is always in touch with me about everything going on with her. When services need to come in, they're scheduled promptly. The price is the same as other places, so it's good.

We're very safe and comfortable. Management is there when you need them. They take care of what you want them to do. We have a wide variety of activities. Dan, the maintenance man, is right there when you need him. He takes care of everything right off the bat. Of course people will say the price is high, but we're happy with what we get.

The healthcare staff were very good, the nursing and the aides were always here. He loves the music and Happy Hour. He likes the field trips they go on like the plays and other things. The management staff is really on the ball. They're very nice people. They're very competent. It's a very highly rated and wonderful establishment. He feels very safe and very comfortable. I think everybody would agree that it's very high but it's a very highly rated and wonderful establishment, so I do think it does justify the pricing.

The Executive Director is very much in touch with us. She comes in the dining room and goes from table to table to talk with us. She does the best she can. Everyone likes her. The service is good. We have some excellent young people who are industrious and very good at what they do. The girls that do activities are so good at thinking about everything that is good for the mind and body. They're marvelous. I didn't expect the maintenance man to come on the holiday weekend, but he was here very quickly. It's just a very attractive place. They just put in flowers in a little patio between the buildings. They keep it clean inside and out.

I'm doing fine, I'm perfectly happy being here. It's good food here and the service is very good. The housekeepers keep my apartment neat and take care of all my washing. The maintenance staff keeps the facility nice and clean. I think management is very good and so is the value here.

I'm very happy here. It's wonderful; the maintenance staff is very accommodating. Every time someone comes in they always say how nice it looks, it's kept very nice. The girls clean every day down in the lobby. They have loads of stuff that you can do; you could be busy all day long. They're very good at planning. The management staff does very well, they're very cooperative and are doing extremely well.

The director sends out regular emails updating us on what's going on. Unlike other facilities I toured, it smells very pleasant. She loves to play bingo, and she sometimes plays the games. I feel I never have to worry about her. I feel she is always safe and well cared for. It's a good value.
