Castle Pointe at Baywinde

Compared to all the communities we looked at last year, I'd say their price is in-line, they're actually less than many places. So we're saving a few bucks. 98% of the residents are good to meet and friendly, and easy to get along with. It's a good bunch of people who are here, good quality people. They have a lot of activities. They have good concerts and stuff, frequently, and it's a good class of entertainer. I think there are lots of activities to do, a lot of outings and that type of thing. The day to day maintenance inside the building is very good and they react quickly if there is a problem. Laundry is fine. I do use their shuttle every two weeks for church and that type of stuff and that works very well. It's perfect. The in-house doctor works pretty well. All in all it's good.

I think the price is fair because a lot of your previous problems just go away. I'm very happy here. I enjoy the villas here. The management responds to whatever problems I have and they're pretty good with telling me what's going on. Generally if I ask the right questions, I get the right answers. The food is very good. I have no complaints. The servers bend over backwards to keep us happy. I go on a lot of the trips. The activities are pretty good. The housekeepers come in regularly to clean and change my bed. Everything always appears clean. I have no problems. If I do, maintenance is quick to respond to it. I'm always happy with the end. I go on the trips to restaurants and other places. The drivers are good. I'm very happy living here.

Everybody they deal with at the community has been very nice. My parents enjoy the activities they participate in. The housekeeping is very good. The maintenance of the building is very good and when something breaks, they place a work order and get results right away. It'd say it's been good.

The value is good for what's offered, it's competitive. From what I know the management staff is pretty good. I think the transportation as well as the other services are good. I think it has been a good community for my mom

I think the price is fairly reasonable and I am willing to pay it because I get such good service here and I am safe and comfortable. The food has all been very good. It is all well rounded and healthy foods. The activities that I see seem to be very nice and the people seem to enjoy them. I think the housekeepers do the best they can with the time they are given. The maintenance crew is very kind and very helpful. The building is kept up very well. The flowers are beautiful. This was a major life adjustment for me, but it is going pretty well.

I can't say enough good things about it. They're very on top of everything. I feel like I have to make an appointment to my mom because she's so busy. She goes out to lunches when they do that, she loves the Happy Hour and the music that comes in. She's really come out of her shell, she was pretty quiet after my father passed away and she's become very social. I would say the building maintenance is very good and mom says they're going to redecorate downstairs. From what I can tell, it's very well maintained. Everybody has been excellent. They're very sympathetic and helpful. They're good about taking care of everything, I'm very happy with them there. I would go there in a heartbeat.

I have been very satisfied here. The young servers are wonderful. They're very respectful and answer any question you have and bring you anything you need. I don't really do too much, but the activities seem okay. The housekeeper that I have does a good job. Whatever is needed, maintenance takes care of. I think it looks pretty good overall.

The value is good. The help is wonderful. I can't rate them any better than one hundred. The administrative staff is right there to help you anytime and they are all friendly. It is like being at home. I would say the food is very good and so are the activities. They keep you busy and they have a lot to keep you busy too. The dining servers are all so friendly even the tenants. I am very satisfied with the housekeeping. I have used transportation a couple of times and it is very good. I really like this place and it's like finding a home. I really enjoy it.

I know we get a good bang for our buck at Baywinde, so I'm happy with it. Good value. It's a lovely facility, the people are nice, my mother likes it so what more could I ask? We’ve always had very easy access to Management. We've always had our problems resolved promptly. We've been very pleased with Management. She stays active, does a lot of the activities, and enjoys all of them.

We selected it because of reputation, location and the features available for my mother. It's a fair price. Management is attentive and friendly. My mother likes the quality and quantity of the food. She also likes the appearance of the dining room and thinks the wait staff is polite and competent. She is totally impressed with the entire setup. My mother has had housekeeping twice now and she feels that it's efficient. Michael from maintenance is attentive, pleasant, friendly, accommodating and a very competent mechanic. It has been good so far.
