Castle Pointe at Baywinde

I'm in healthcare myself, so I know how much things cost. I would say it's an excellent value for my parents. The activities and dining are excellent. My parents love it, my husband has eaten there, I have eaten there, and we also love it. Anytime we've called maintenance they are very responsive, so is the management team. We're satisfied with housekeeping, my parents are safe there, and comfortable in their apartment. I think Castle Pointe is doing a wonderful job.

It has been four years since my mother moved in and I think the value is very good. My mom likes the idea of the resident group that can sound off to the management and they will listen. The food here is terrific. The dining staff goes overboard trying the help out and meet the needs of the residents. Mom likes that she can order a ride in advance and she is regular on the Monday grocery trip. Mom has lived here for four years and she seems happy with it.

I've been safe here for almost two years, and I am comfortable in my apartment. Maintenance, housekeeping, and activities are all acceptable. Management is always accessible and responds to me.

The people are so wonderful to my mom, they're just great. She likes the food and she goes to exercise every day, five days a week. The housekeeping is excellent and she loves her apartment, she's very happy and feels absolutely safe. Everything looks great.

Being the caretaker of my father before, I'd say Castle Pointe at Baywinde is a very good value because it is like staying in a resort it's that nice. They're very accommodating towards the crowd and even to guests like me in during dining. I think it's awesome that people don't have to drive to get to social activities and her room is very clean. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community so it's a good fit thus far.

Moving dad into Castle Pointe was the result of a combination of research, a family member familiar with the community, and very helpful conversations with the sales associate, Don, who was very helpful. What's good is the availability and personalized service of management as well as the dining, the food is good. My dad says the dining room servers are really super-helpful. The community is well maintained, it's a nice community. The value is above average; overall, we're really happy. The staff has been helpful, the dining staff and maintenance staff are great. The community is nice, clean, and friendly.

Management has been very hospitable, they showed me around and were very accommodating. It's been a pleasant experience so far having my dad at this community. The food is good, my dad is happy with it, so I'm happy. They have a lot of activities to do there. Housekeeping has been good, they come once a week to clean and do his sheets. The building looks very nice. So far, it's been great.

I love everything about Castle Pointe at Baywinde and they do a good job. I met with the sales person and she is very friendly and nice. The food is pretty good and as soon as my mom came here she is doing a lot of things. There is a bulletin board that shows everything that is happening for the day. My mom does feel safe and secure there and she really enjoys it.

Mom has been in there a lot longer than most, fifteen years. I've eaten there three times, and it seems like they do a good job with international nights. They have decent variety. I think the servers do a good job. My mom loves the activities. She likes the ceramics, somebody does card making. She loves the activities and there are lots of them. Housekeeping does a good job, they do what they're supposed to do, they come when they're expected, and they're friendly. The community looks good, it's great, everything looks fine. It's well-maintained. They take care of things pretty well.

I've lived here for seven years, and everybody's been great. They're feeding me good, and if you ever want more, they give it to you without any question. Any of my needs maintenance deals with in a respectable amount of time, and housekeeping is keeping my apartment clean. The activities are good. I only do one or two at the most, I do the bingo. My apartment is very nice, and I am glad they allow animals. I've got a cat, I've got an 18 year old cat who's my boss. Overall Castle Pointe is doing a good job.
