Management was accommodating and compassionate. They were willing to go above and beyond in assisting the family and my mother. The caregivers were wonderful. They were very warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure she had everything she needed. The staff here is to be commended. They really went out of their way to work with my mother and our family. They made what could have been a very difficult stay for my mother a very positive experience. She said the food was good, and she cleaned her plate every day. They have a lot of activities, and the staff here is very encouraging. They asked her to participate. Housekeeping was very good about keeping her room clean. They went above and beyond in helping my mom. Maintenance did a great job, and the building is wonderful. We needed emergency care for her, so it was priceless to have that option for my mother. This community was outstanding, and everyone was phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about her stay.

When you walk around, the place is decorated. While we took her there once or twice before moving in, it just seemed like the perfect fit. The healthcare staff has been great and they do well with her. The maintenance staff have gone above and beyond in providing a replacement tv for one night and the building is maintained. There has been absolutely no issues with housekeeping or laundry. She loves the dining and there seems to be enough activites. She has enjoyed several of them so far. Based on other places, the price is fair and management has been excellent. Just overall, from both us and mom dealing with them, it's just been exactly what was needed. You can see an improvement in her after she has been able to do things and have friends her age.

Everything seems to be good so far. Her apartment seems to be very clean to me and the caregivers are doing well.

My mom says that she absolutely loves the food and says that they have good selections and the activities are keeping those folks hopping. The maintenance crew does a very good job and you can't find this level of cleanliness in a five star resort. The caregivers seem to have the resident's best interest at heart.This is a great community and you can't beat it in this area.

Management is doing well and are respectful and responsive. My dad loves the food and the dining and likes the caregivers. Housekeeping is fantastic and he doesn't worry about when they are supposed to come because they keep everything in order. They are doing a great job with the maintenance.

When we moved in for respite, management was really good about explaining everything as far as all the papework and information needed to get accepted. The price was fair with excellent service and the community was well, so overall, we were happy and it was an excellent experience. If my mother ever needs that type of care again, this is the community we will look to first.

Management answered all of our questions and the food seems to be great, my mom likes everything. They really made her feel at home. The activities have been great, they kind of encourage her so that's good. She's very happy with the housekeeping and the building looks very good, everyone has been well impressed with the place. The healthcare services are very good, I've been real impressed. She's happier than she ever thought she would be over there.

I thought it was a very good price. I researched it a whole lot before she moved in. Mom loved the food and she ate quite a bit. They did have a lot of activities. She received excellent care there. She had some excellent med techs that came in and took care of her and she loved them. They would let us know if there was a spot or a mark on her that they didn't think should be there. They were very attentive to her. They did a good job. It was a beautiful facility.

The management knows how to take care of people. I don't have any qualms about asking them about anything. I have never had such a wonderful experience. The dining is wonderful. The menu is good and the people are beautiful and very likeable. You couldn't ask for anything better. I know that a lot of people are enjoying the activities and they speak about them. I know that the residents are being pleased. The housekeeping and laundry are excellent. As a matter of fact I would give them five stars. It is very homey and the people are there to greet you. The care givers take care of people and they are interested in people. They aren't just patients more or less. They get involved in people and they know them. They enjoy their company and they don't mind sitting down and talking to you if you have a problem. We have it all in here. They do have nursing facilities if you need them. People are on call all the time. I couldn't ask for anything better.

My dad moved into this community because of the quality of the community and the attentiveness of the personnel there. The price is good and management is very responsive to requests we have made. They were very informative during the interview process. It is easy to tell that they are interested in their job. The food is fantastic. My dad just loves it. The calendar looks like they have good activities and they have encouraged him to participate. He has done some things but is reluctant to get involved in things. The housekeeping has been good and the building is excellent. The caregivers are very attentive, positive and friendly. They have made him feel at home.
