I'm very satisfied with the healthcare services and the dining room servers are very good as well. My husband just died recently and I'm very comfortable here alone. There are lots of people around and they're all friendly. It's turned out to be a very good fit for me.

The staff takes good care of you here. The caregivers are always trying and are there to help you. I think the management is doing a good job and the food is very good. The way the servers in the dining room treat you is excellent. They activities are also excellent and they have something going on all the time which is really great. It keeps the residents moving. I was surprised that they take care of all the laundry here. The maintenance is fine as well.

I have been here for three years now and it is working out very, very well. I have no complaints at all. I am basically independent but if I need anything I don't hesitate to call. I am very pleased with the meals. I have to say the activities are good. In regards to housekeeping, I have no complaints with them either. They do everything on time and as it should be done. I think the care givers do a good job. If I want anything I just ring my buzzer and they tend to it right away. I think they have a well-rounded program going here and I am happy with everything.

I am very much satisfied after nearly three years here. The food in the dining room is pretty good and there are plenty of activities. The care is wonderful, and maintenance and housekeeping I would say are very good. They're very helpful and the aides are very good. The nurses are also very good. It’s a good value and everything is wonderful.

My mom's very comfortable there. The staff are awesome and she's very well taken care of. I don't have to worry with her there. If there is an issue, the nursing staff will let me know right away. Her care is phenomenal. They know their clients and their families. We couldn't ask for anything more than that. They offer plenty of activities, I'm always amazed at how many options they offer.

We had to move my mom out due to a need for higher care levels but I thought that the staff got my mom involved in the activities and they kept an eye on her. She loved the food. It was very good quality. The activities were good. She liked the bingo and dancing and music. I know she went on a couple of trips on the bus. She went to see a concert or a play. They did her laundry and it was good. The maintenance was very good. The building was very welcoming. It was very homey. We liked the sitting areas and the outside where they could sit in the rocking chairs.

The management has given me reassurances and has kept us in the loop. They have done well with taking care of her even in the short time that she has been there. In regards to the activities, I believe that they have a good mix of different things for their population. My mother doesn't partake in some of them. They come and get her for the exercises and the walking and when they have something social going on. They do a good job. The housekeeping staff is doing her laundry and it seems to be going well. I am very pleased how they are taking care of her. My mother’s apartment is kept clean too. The maintenance staff does a good job in keeping the building nice. It is pretty well kept. You don't see a lot of dirt on the floor. I have not witnessed any odors. I think the care staff is doing a very good job. When she has issues they help her.

In regards to the management, they answer my calls and they answer my questions. My mom really likes the exercise classes that they offer. The maintenance guy is excellent. The building looks very nice. So far the care givers are great. She says that they are so nice there. I like Dawn and Jeanette at the front desk. They come to me and if I call there they get back to me. They let me know what is going on and what we need to work on.

The care staff was very good to my mom. The assisted living portion had great activities but when my mom's memory went downhill that's when they got creative and really tried to help my mom, I thought they were really awesome in that aspect. Management did an excellent job. Just their ease to talk with, their communication and it seemed like they would do everything they could to accommodate my mom. Maintenance definitely takes pride in their building. They decorated for the holidays and everything was nice and clean. The food was excellent as well.

This was the only place we looked at for dad. I think the big draw was that it wasn't a nursing home setting. He is very with it and didn't want to be in one room. Anything we have had concerns about management has taken care of or steered us in the right direction. My dad seems to be happy with the food here. He has no complaints so I think all is good. Any maintenance request is done within a day or two of the request. The building and grounds look beautiful. They always have plants and what-nots. The transportation department has been very accommodating. They have taken my dad to a couple of his appointments. I have met the guy and he is great. He is actually coming in early to get my dad to his appointment. The care staff and I have emailed back and forth and they have been great with any concerns that I have had.
