Bella Vista

I am pretty familiar with the costs in the valley and the community is very reasonable. The care staff have all been very friendly and nice. My mom hasn't had any issues with maintenance since she moved in. She enjoys all of their activities and she looks forward to them. My mom's apartment is always clean and she thinks the food is fabulous. Every time I talk with her she tells me how good it is. The management does well. Overall, they're all doing a great job and I am very impressed with everyone. I have been pleased with the experience.

Management is always watching out for us especially now with the virus going around. They are working overtime trying to keep us safe. The activities director is doing everything she can within the government limits to help us stay entertained. My housekeeper is very good about coming in and cleaning. Maintenance is very good about being there when you need him, the staff are very good about taking us out of the building and the caregivers are just very caring. They put the extra foot forward when needed. I have been here for 9 years now and they have made me feel very comfortable. They make me feel like this is my home.

I think given the quality of everything, the service, the facilty, the proactiveness and price affordability it is the best combination I've found for her. I think they have done really well. They are proactive about what is going on and keep me informed. The building itself seems to be very well maintained and kept. The care staff are good. They are knowledgeable and professional.

I just love them and everything about it and every person that is there. Checking my mom is was a breeze. Julie is perfect. She made my mom feel like it was her whole deal and everything, she felt like the top dog. I love that the girls sit down at the table and talk to the resident while they are eating. The food must be good because my mom has put on a few pounds. The care she gets is adequate and great. I am happy with everything. She is delighted. If you are there visiting and an activity comes up she will say she has to go and you need to go home.

The care that my parents receive is really good. All of the staff we have interacted with has been wonderful. In terms of mainteance, everything looks really good. I think the dining department does a really good job. I think they're really trying, and my parents don't have any complaints. It's a wonderful place for my parents to be. It's wonderful to be at ease with where they are.

She is thriving. She loves it there. It is clean, and she is thriving well. She is 95, and she is a busy little beaver. I love that they come and get her for activities. She is participating, and this was a wonderful move for her. She is getting treated like a queen over there. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. She loves the food and her apartment. My mother always says what nice people they are. The care staff comes and gets her and takes her to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is someone coming to her room about ten times a day. She is going on the outings, and she loves it. She has never done anything like that before. The maintenance guy is wonderful. My mother loves the food. The management team was very informative and thorough. Adele was a sweetheart. She loves the apartment.

Management does well. I approached them about having youth come in for caroling. They helped out quite a bit and were very willing to have them come over. I thought that was an excellent time for the young folks to interact with the residents. Maintenance does a really good job and are really responsive. The building looks good. The staff here are very personable and pleasant to deal with. Overall, she enjoys this community and likes being here. This has been really good for her both socially and mentally.

When we put my mom in here in independent living, I really felt like this is where she needed to be because they had the extra care that my mom might need. I have priced other communities in the area and I feel for the care she gets it is good. The aides really care about her, and she is always clean and in good spirits. They are lovely women and always have a really good attitude, which says a lot about management. Management has been so wonderful to my mom. I cannot say enough good things about the community and the staff. I would rank the food right up there with mine, and I am a chef. The aides are very accommodating to her because she likes to stay busy. They let her help them fold towels and napkins. If she wants to help them, they let her. They are very inclusive with her, and when she is helping them, they visit with her, which is very nice. The building is always very clean, and maintenance does a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. I feel very confident that my mom is in the best hands she can be in, and if I can't get there for a day or two, I am very secure that she is being cared for.

Management has been pretty good when I have approached them on things. Housekeeping is really good. I think they are doing a pretty good job, and my mom and dad are happy here.

Management has been really responsive when I need someone to track him down. They drop whatever they are doing whenever I ask them for something and I appreciate that service. The activities are great and they have a lot of them so the residents stay busy. Maintenance has been great and super responsive when my dad needs something and they are very helpful to my dad. The value is good for what he gets.
