Bella Vista

My mother needs 24 hour care since she's not able to do a lot of things by herself. The staff members go above and beyond to make sure I know what's going on within the community. The apartment is perfect and the facility is always clean. The care staff is really good with my mother. The maintenance team is constantly updating the building. The dining staff is very attentive to my mom. The ladies at the front desk are above and beyond professional.

The dining is very nice. They are respectful and everything. The food is very nice. Everybody that I talk to likes it. No one has any complaints about the food. They have a lot of nice things going. The activities are very entertaining. The housekeeping and maintenance service is very nice. When you mention anything, they are right there.

The building is absolutely wonderful and lovely, and the apartments are beautiful. It's always clean, and my loved one is satisfied with the laundry. I would be doing everything they do with their activities because they're diverse and offer everything that you would possibly want. The dining is satisfactory. When the staff sees that there is a need, they step in to take care of it. We looked around prior, and I think the value is excellent. Overall, she feels content and she says she's happy. I can't ask for more than that.

The management is always easy to talk to and they are friendly and courteous. My dad says it is a good place to be and he likes the food. I like the care staff. They are nice and I think there is enough staff.

My mom says the food is delicious. Everyone there is so nice and so considerate. I can't believe how many activities there are for the residents in the CBRF unit. It is fantastic that they knock on the door to get her to all the activities. They have the bus, and they take people through neighborhoods where they used to live. That is above and beyond. My mom was so proud to say where she lived. The housekeeping is excellent. Her room is spotless. The building and grounds are beautiful. It is really fancy. It looks like a really upscale hotel. My mom's place is beautiful. Her room has a roof top patio, and they got to go out there. The director of nursing is excellent and is so thoughtful. We are super happy.

My uncle felt safe and comfortable at the community. The healthcare staff took care of him when he needed it, and they coordinated with hospice. I was always pleased with the responses when I spoke to somebody. He always got taken care of during dining, and the food quality was satisfactory. Any time we needed anything, whether it was the TV or anything, maintenance staff always took care of it right away. The building looked good. They offered great activities, and the highlight of his entire stay was the weekly singing. All in all, when I first toured, I thought I'd move in there one day.

We needed a place for her at the spur of the moment and they could take mom. I think the food is very good and they have plenty of activities for het to do that keeps her mind stimulated. The management team is in-tune with our needs and helpful. The care givers are right there for her when she needs. Housekeeping does a good job and maintenance is right on time when needed. It's a very nice place, well worth what they charge.

They do a good job. In care, Hunter is great. I had a number of things that needed fixing with maintenance, and they did a great job. It is fantastic what they have done with the building. The community has quite a bit to offer, that is for sure.

Everything has gone well so far. Everything has been efficient, and I have no concerns. The food is of good quality and good variety. It seems like there is a variety of activities I think the level of activities is about right for her. The apartment was very clean and new carpet was in place when we moved in. When I have seen interactions with the staff, it is usually them dispensing medications. They are helpful and they know her. The interactions with the care givers that I have seen have been professional and friendly. The main nurse Crystal has talked to me if I have any concerns. It is considered the nicest facility to be in in the city. It seems to be staffed and there is always someone at the front desk. It has been a very good experience.

My parents are very comfortable here. The healthcare and management staff are accessible and responsive to any potential issues. Also, the apartment is kept clean, the food is good quality, and the housekeeping and dining staff are cooperative and accommodating.
