Any issues or concerns I have, I leave a message and the healthcare staff gets back to me immediately. They're always there for any questions or concerns I have. Her apartment is always kept well and clean. My mom goes to a lot of the activities and is happy with that. She's happy where she's at. The dining service is excellent. They're always helpful; a lot of the Care Managers are very nice to her. They always greet her by name when they see her, they're very welcoming. She's very happy there. It's almost like a castle compared to some of the other assisted living places I've seen.

As soon as something is happening with her the caretakers are there right away. They notify me right away as well. My mom's room is always clean and the sheets are always changed. The place always looks good. Management is great. When we have a problem they address it right away. They are very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. It is definitely worth it, the place is beautiful.

Management was fabulous. Paula, the director of sales, and Peggy, the director of memory care, were exemplary. The apartment is very nice! I was impressed with that also! There is a nice big bathroom too. It was a good size - my mom had plenty of room for her bed, dresser, and end table. It was perfectly clean. The shower was clean, the bed was made, and there was nothing all over the dresser. I came in when she was there 3 or 4 days and the blinds were broken off the rod. I went over and told them, and I thought it was going to be three or four days, but I was gone 15-20 minutes with my mom and it was already done as I was leaving! The caregivers were excellent. They were above and beyond. They were very nice, compassionate, patient people. I understood everything they said - they weren't talking in jargon I didn't understand. I would highly recommend it.

I really do like the place, it's a nice place. The caretakers are very good and careful. I think the activities are very good. They keep you busy all day. Everybody in charge is really very good. They make sure things are done right away, management is really good.

So far everything has been very good, my mom hasn't taken advantage of a lot of things yet but I think with time she will. It's working out very well. The housekeeping it excellent. Everything looks perfectly clean and neat. She's been very happy with everything she's eaten. So far, so good.

My parents were at the top end of the cost scale. Everything in New Jersey is expensive, so it was understandable. If I had any questions, I was always answered. My parents liked the food, it was very good. The activities are good. Housekeeping does a very good job and maintenance was very responsive. The caregivers are very good people. Very good, excellent people. They were overall friendly, helpful, and supportive.

The food is very good and the housekeeping is excellent. They have good attention to detail, they're accommodating, they come every Tuesday and the place looks great. They launder my father's sheets and towels every week that was great. They took it, did it, and the same day it was back and folded. So far the care has been superb. They immediately took control of his medicines. I can't say enough. They have been pleasant; they have been accurate in their diagnosis. Not only does the management staff attend to his needs, they keep me in the loop. That's awesome. The staff has been wonderful to work with. They seem to be very experienced caring for the elderly.

I moved in because my daughter knew of it and was pleased with it. The management staff has done everything that I have asked. I am very satisfied. The servers are excellent. The toilet was clogged twice and the maintenance staff came up within the hour to fix it. The drivers are very good. They help me out. All in all, I think I am paying a good dollar.

I would absolutely recommend it. I thank them all and would thank them again. For the short time my dad was there, I was really appreciative. Anytime I went in there and had a question the management staff were engaging and answered my questions. He seemed to be doing better; he was engaging, talking to other people and conversing. He was definitely in a better place when he was there than when I had him at home. Everything was clean, painted and good. They were very honest about everything. When you stack it up against the other ones, they were the lowest or second lowest and they provide all the same services as the other ones.

I think generally the management staff is accessible; we have been very satisfied with them. Maintenance is very good; if I have something that needs to be done they come right away. The overall building condition is good. I would say there are a good number of activities, I haven't taken part in that many of them but they offer things like jewelry making and I'd like to take part so I should pay more attention to the schedule. They have a monthly newsletter. My husband and I feel we're part of a community. People are very nice and pleasant when we need help.
