We've had some things we've had to address with the management staff and they have been responsive. Those drivers are wonderful. The caregivers are attentive to her needs. The care she receives, they are very kind to her. Housekeeping is good. It's been a fair value.

I guess if you do a comparative analysis it is in the ballpark. I personally think the costs are high in general. But, comparatively speaking they are lower than other places. It is a wonderful option, this way they feel like they can have a life. My mother is very happy with the variety and the activities that they do. My mother says the housekeepers are lovely and they are very nice and very good. There are no problems. I think the dining room is beautiful, I think it is very comfortable. My mother tells me that the staff is amazing. Transportation has worked out nicely. The bus drivers are wonderful, they are so caring and accommodating.

I am very safe and very comfortable here. The facility is very clean. If you cannot find any activities to do, then it is your own fault. The food is good. I put work orders in for my toilet and kitchen sink. They came up right away to fix those issues. The facility is very clean. I have liked it since day one.

The caretakers were attentive, she was very demanding and they really rose to the occasion and helped her. Colleen Lloyd was beyond belief, when they look up nurse, they should have her picture in the dictionary. She was phenomenal, and Kathy was excellent as well. They absolutely got back to me, it was just unreal. She loved the service in the dining area, maintenance is very nice and they remodeled the whole place inside with new carpeting and made it look beautiful, it was very well done.

It's very family-oriented; it has a good family atmosphere. It's a really phenomenal place, I want to live there! It's very good for what we're getting. I feel very safe with them there; I'm getting a good night's sleep finally. I think management has got everything under control. I think they're a little understaffed at the facility, but they make everything happen as it should. What they provide in Memory Care is excellent. Mom is in Assisted Living, and dad is in Memory Care, so I'm mostly there, and what they have is great. It goes beyond suitable; the staff goes out of their way to tailor activities to the abilities of every MC resident.
When looking at both of their apartments, they are immaculate. Walking to my mother's rooms in Assisted Living the halls are very clean. For both my parents, we put in a work order, and they come right away, they're very nice, very courteous. This is one of the nicest smelling places, and in the Memory Care I have never walked in and ever had a smell. My dad uses the transportation for the trips they take the Memory Care residents on. He comes back happy and always wants to go again. I'm making my arrangements to go there. They do work hard and I am very pleased.

It was the best deal I got compared to other places. I thought the cost was very fair. It's an excellent apartment. Every time I have gone in, the management team is helpful, accessible, and if I ever have a question, they answer it for me. I have eaten there once and it was excellent. My aunt hasn't complained to me, and when I've seen the people eating in the dining room, they seem to be eating everything. So I assume it's good. Her room is as clean as a whistle.
The people I've seen at the unit seem to care what is happening with her. So it has been good so far. I have called and asked a few things, and they have always answered the questions. When I have stopped in and talked with people, they have always answered my questions if I've had anything to ask. The whole staff has been very helpful to me. I've already recommended it to people. So far, my first impressions have all been positive.

I know everyone at the desk is very good. Kel that handles the staff is very good; I've spoken to her a number of times. In addition, I know they offer bingo and have people sing and play instruments. My friend that lives there participates in some activities. From what I know, the staff in the dining room is very good as well.

My parents lived at the community for nine years during that time the management was very good. They had a very strong team. The administration we met with upon move-in was excellent and they met most of our needs. They are great at communicating with the family and they took very good care of my parents. Their welcome team is absolutely fantastic. Their staff is outstanding. The dining staff and activities were great as well. We never had any problems with housekeeping or maintenance. When my parents needed maintenance in their apartment it was fine. The care givers were excellent. Everyone was just great.

Since moving my mom into the community about a year ago I have had very little concerns. The management team is accessible and responsive. I think the dining department has been doing very well. The activities have been good so far. The maintenance and housekeeping have both been excellent and I've had no problems. As for the nurses and care staff, they're the best, as good as they can be.

My husband and I live at the community and I think the activities are just fine and Jessica does a wonderful job. Maintenance is fantastic; they all do a splendid job. You put in a work order and the next thing you know they're knocking at your door. The transportation crew does a wonderful job. As long as you sign up in time and there's room, we can go. The drivers are fantastic. Kim in the care department is fabulous. She's very concerned about the people and does whatever she can. I recommend it all the time. We love it. Everybody is very friendly, it feels more like home.
