Bella Terra

My dad has his unit, he's got someone to clean and he's got his food so it is terrific. He is very happy with his apartment. It is just right for him. They seem to have a lot of actvitiies going on there. The housekeepers are in there every week cleaning and washing his sheets. He is lucky because his room is near the washer and dryer. He loves that. He couldn't be happier.

I'd say Bella Terra is a good value and everyone is trying their best. Management is respectful, the residents get good, nonprocessed food and the kids who serve are really nice. Everything is clean and maintenance gets right on things, so the building and grounds look beautiful. They offer good activities and the healthcare staff are really patient with her, so we have been satisfied with the services and accommodations that are being provided to my mother in law at the community.

My mother has lived at Bella Terra for over 5 1/2 years. I like the care service that comes to help her because they're right there in the building and they're very nice. I think the activties are good for the residents and my mom likes to play bingo.

My husband and I have been here for four years, and I can say the managers do their job very well. The servers and chef are very good and we appreciate their work. I've had very good success with housekeeping, and maintenance is always doing something, they keep the building clean and looking good. Work orders are fulfilled, they're her in a good time and it gets done. The activities are here if you want to use them, and people are foolish if they don't. There’s something for everybody.

I think the value is excellent. The Bella Terra is an absolutely beautiful community. It makes an excellent first impression when you walk in. The residents always look well groomed and put together. She has one of the largest units. She feels safe and comfortable 100%. From what I see the activities that are posted are varied and seem to appeal to most tastes.

In the past four years my momm has lived a tthe community, the management team is always responsive to all of our needs and the housekeeping and laundry staff always seem to do what my mom needs them to do. I'd have to say that the value is excellent and I'm happy my mom is living at this community.

My mother moved into this community because it was a nice place. Management is very good and most of the meals have been pretty good. The service in the dining room has been good. There are a lot of activities at this community. I am sure the housekeeping is going fine. So far, they have washed her sheets and towels and vacuumed her room. My mom had an issue with her cable box but someone came in and fixed it. The room was fine when she moved in. There was nothing that was broken or needed to be reparied. Karen, the move in coordinator, was very helpful. Paula, the sales marketing person, was very informative and helpful.

The management seems very good. I think they keep an eye on the residents pretty well and keep everybody informed. They're very respectful of the people and look for them. I think the activities department tries to do a good job. For the most part the maintenance team is responsive and come and fix things when needed. The people who run transportation are very respectful and look out for the residents. I've recommended it to many people already.

Whenever there is an issue Management addresses it right away, and they answer all my questions. Housekeeping does a pretty good job keeping my dad's room orderly. He's a slob, but they're doing a good job keeping it clean. They let me know when he's running low on things. Maintenance keeps the outside landscaped and in the inside clean with a hotel feel to it. The care staff will let me know if there is any problem. When I visit they all know what's going on with my dad.

We looked at a lot of places before choosing Bella Terra. It's an excellent value, the apartments are roomier and better kept. Kim, the Director, is excellent. She tries to cope with all the difficulties of everything, and she is very nice to sit and talk with you and go over your problems. She does a good job. The activities are pretty good, especially the entertainment they bring in. They do all of our laundry and do a pretty good job. Maintenance does a good job they always try their bes tto respond within the day. The nurses are very, very good. I enjoy it here.
