I make sure Mom participates in the activities. I like what they are offering. The housekeeping service is good. Her room is always clean and her sheets are always changed. Once she had a broken window and I called maintenance and they came right away. The building looks really nice. We use the transportation service for doctor appointments and it has worked out good. In terms of care, the nurses I have had to deal with are very attentive, they answer my questions and usually respond to me right away.

I think generally the value is pretty good. The nursing is good because my dad gets his medications every day and I don't think they're missing anything there. The building is always clean and everything seems to work ok. The housekeeping and laundry are pretty good as well.

Everyone is very nice and I am very happy with this community. The value is very good and my aunt seems to be happy here. Her room is spotless and she is always dressed properly. The staff is doing a good job and management answers my questions when I have any. The food is very good and the service has been fine. The activities are also very good. Housekeeping keeps this community clean. The dining room is spotless and the entry way is as clean as a whistle. The community is well maintained. I speak to the nurse once in a while and they seem to be on top of all her needs. She gets her medication on a regular basis.

I have lived here for the last five years and I get excellent service from the management. I think dining, activities, and housekeeping are all satisfactory.

We had some feedback from the community my mother and sister came from so that's what sent us there. The community is very nice looking and appealing, I think it's a great transition option. The healthcare staff seems to be keeping her moving, I think they're doing a great job, I'm very happy with the whole scenario.

I chose this community for my sister because it was cozier for her after touring a few places. I feel like she is getting a good value. The management staff has been excellent when I have needed them. My sister is well pleased with the service she receives from dining, activities, housekeeping and maintenance. I am very satisfied with the care she is receiving from the staff here.

I chose the community for my father-in-law for the location and when I went there for a tour I thought it was very nice. Management is very nice, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. The care services are very good. The houskeeping and laundry service has been very good, excellent. My father-in-law is pretty happy with the food. I would say the value is very good at this community.

Mom has been there for a few months shy of two years and she's safe and comfortable there. I can tell you the dining room servers are phenomenal, phenomenal. I don’t where they get these kids they are respectful, caring, attentive, super. The ambience is wonderful. The activities are excellent. I like that they have trips every day so they're not stuck inside. It's wonderful. Maintenance comes when you need them and they're receptive. The building is nice, it's pleasant, and it smells nice when you come in. Mom uses the shuttle bus to go to doctors and that type of thing. The bus drivers are phenomenal. In 2018 when you compare Bella Terra to other communities the pricing is competitive.

My mom has lived at Bella Terra for over a year and a half. The care staff is excellent and they do everything they're supposed to. The food looks pretty good and the service in the dining room is excellent.

I can say the care staff has been outstanding in the three and a half years mom has been there. The nurse is tremendous, Sharon, she's in the evenings when I'm there. She is proactive with any problem my mother has, let's me know about issues, gives me updates, and she is very skilled and compassionate. The ladies and men who work in Memory Care in the evening are all outstandingly compassionate, caring, and wonderful to my mother. They do their best to keep the residents engaged with activities. They do fun things as a group. I have no complaints about the food, housekeeping, or maintenance. A couple years ago there was an AC problem, and they responded quickly. My mother is safe and comfortable there. It's very expensive to stay there, but I feel my mother is getting quality care and I'm willing to pay for that.
