Management does a good job and the maintenance guy is really good. He keeps things fixed and will help her do things if she asks for help. He is right on the spot and goes out of his way to help her. I am sure he does that with the other residents too. The building always looks really good. My mom really likes the art class and the other activities that she does. The caregivers seem attentive to her and all seem to be right on the spot. She really likes it here and we are happy with her care.

The management is very responsive to the needs and any issues that we have had. The dining is good. My brother even pays to eat there sometimes. The service is really good. The servers are responsive and they are always polite. They seem to have a variety of activities and are pretty creative with what they do. They have done all kinds of events and parties and dinners. They have done painting and they bring in the nail lady. They made wreaths and door decortations. They bring singing groups in and they go out to different things. Housekeeping is excellent. I am really happy with it. Her room never smells. It is always nice and clean. Her trash is emptied. The community did some updating recently. They got new carpet and they painted. They always have seasonal decorations. The care is good. The care givers are very careful to not do anything that the doctor doesn't order.

For the care my mother gets at the community, the value is well worth it and I really love it. The healthcare staff is respectful, accessible and responsive. The building looks neat, clean and you see people mowing the lawn or sweeping. My mother knows that every Tuesday the housekeeping services come to clean, vacuum and they take her laundry that day too. I get their activity calendar that has lots of things offered and when I see what they're doing, it's really good. The management is approachable and knowledgeable. All in all, she feels safe and comfortable. It's a really good place for her and she would say the same.

We chose the community because of my mother's general feeling about the place, and she is loving it. The healthcare services have been outstanding, and everyone is respectful. The move-in process with maintenance staff was fantastic. A far as the overall building, it's clean with no nasty smells of any kind. She is happy with the housekeeping. We're perfectly happy with the activities because there is a lot there for her to do. She is enoying the dining, and the quality of food is fine. Management is working out well, and they're accessible. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable, so you're getting a good value for the money.

Susie that does the house cleaning is terrific. She does real good and is a hard working gal. From what I see they have a good arrangement of activities. The girl that handles the activities is a hard working gal. The care givers are great as far as I am concerned. They are very friendly. If you push your button they get there as fast as they can. They do little things for you that normally wouldn't be done.

Management is always so helpful and jump on anything when it is needed. The med aids and the caregivers are top notch. They work very well with my mom. She can be cantankerous but they know how to turn her around. It is great. The food is excellent. It is very well rounded meals and very nutritious. The taste and the way the way they present the food is top notch. They do a very good job with the activities. My mom isn't one who really wants to join in but they are some how able to get her to join in. Housekeeping does a good job and maintenance is right on it. I thnk her apartment is wonderful and the building is excellent. The transportation is always right there when we need them. Compared to other places around I think we are getting a good deal.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I am glad that they were there for us. The management was very attentive and always called me with changes. They would answer questions, investigate it, and call the doctor. My dad thought the dining was great. They have lots of activities. They have music and entertainment. The housekeepers cleaned his clothes, and his room was always clean. The building was very clean and very well taken care of. It is a beautiful facility. They had a transport day on Tuesdays, and I was always able to set up my appointments. The care staff was very friendly.

The value is invaluable. If I am looking at it from the aspect that we don't have to deal with it 24 hours a day and we know she is safe there, it is a good value. They try really hard to make it pleasant and nice for the residents. My mother isn't a good eater and they accommodate her very well. The girl is cleaning something every day. She is very quiet and respectful with the residents' stuff. The workers in care do all they can do. The med techs are very good.The place looks pretty nice, and they are always working on things. Summer does activities, and she is very warm and outgoing. She is so good with these older ladies. She redirects, and she is sweet. That is her home, and she is happy there.

I thought it was a nice place, so dad moved in. The rice is very reasonable, so think it's a fair value. Good food, good are, nice accommodations, beautiful building. The staff is open, friendly, and accommodating.

The management has always been there when we needed them. If I have any questions there is always somebody there to help me. In regards to the activities, there is always something to do. The housekeeeper is fast and clean and her laundry always comes back clean and the building is perfect. The transportation is great. The driver is a doll. The outside of the vehicle is clean and I imagine the inside is too. We had left town and Mom had to go to the doctor and they took her and there were no issues whatsoever. The girls that work there are wonderful and they are so sweet. We pay extra for a guy to come at night to help her get up and he is really good too.
