The dining room is great, they are doing activities on a one to one basis right now and the housekeeping has been just fine. Maintenance is very prompt and attentive to issues and the transportation is regular. Management does a good job, there is good communication between each one and they are responsive. They are very proactive in the things they do in regards to covid. They were proactive and starting closing visitation long before the governor of Michigan stopped those activities.

The Director is amazing. He can't do enough for you and his personality is amazing. When I text him he texts me right back even if it is his day off and he is always in a good mood. He is excellent. The sales lady, is amazing too. She has such a great personality and you want to be her best friend right away. She is just wonderful and couldn't do enough to get me in here fast enough. She was so accommodating. It was great. The dining room gives the residents two choices for each meal along with the menu that is there every day. They can always choose a hamburger, a greek salad or a few other things. The activities Director tries every day to get my mom to do things. She is wonderful and she really likes her job. She is great at getting people to participate. Housekeeping is great and the building is amazing. Everything here has been a godsend for my mom. They have just been amazing.

Management is sincerely caring and they are very efficient at getting things done. Every activity that he can get to, he is at. The activities are very good and they get a lot of participation. The staff that does the serving in the dining room is very personable and caring. The atmosphere is very nice. Maintenance has come up with ideas if something is not working. My brother needed rails and the guy said that would not work but he would try something else. They have been so responsive it's unbelievable.

I felt that Brad, the General Manager, has gone above and beyond for my mom. The salesperson, whose name is Kim, did a great job detailing everything. They have been extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful, especially of my mother. They have gone out of their way to accommodate for certain things that we had a special need for. Anything I've asked or needed, they have accommodated in every way. I'm very happy today to have the Head Nurse back and having her to talk to about things. She is taking care of things. I didn't expect the activities to even be on her radar because she is coming from another place where she never did one activity. Here, I am so impressed with Michelle, the Activities Director. I can never reach my mother because she is never in her room. She is always out and participating in activities. Michelle sends me pictures and she has my mother in a walking club and an exercise class. I could not be happier with activities.

I think they do a great job. Management is really responsive and they proactively reach out to me sometimes. They are very nice and they welcomed my father in. They are really quite good.There is one guy named Moses who is just awesome and my dad loves when he is assigned to him. Transportation is very good and very accommodating. They have someone come in on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but if he has an appointment on either of the other two days, someone else will take him. The Director took him once and the Activities Directortook him another time. They are flexible about the milage took. It is supposed to be 10 miles but one of his doctors is 12 miles and they do it anyway. He does the group exercise everyday. He has gone on two different field trips, once to a restaurant and another to a synagogue. I think he did the group volleyball thing. So he seems to be getting involved in things. The menu is different all the time and he likes that… If he doesn't like one of the two main things, he can get a sandwich or a burger, but he usually likes one of the two options.

Management has been really helpful to me and to my mother since she has been here. They have helped make it a really good experience, and if they don't have an answer, they get it quickly. The food and dining service is very good. My mother is very pleased, and we know she is eating well. Every time I have gone there, her apartment has been nice and clean. The apartment maintenance is good and the building is always well kept. The caregivers do a very good job and are very attentive. The value is very good and appropriate for what you get. It is a good place.

I was blown away when my mom came to the community the first couple of days because everyone on staff came to introduce themselves. The healthcare is really good and if I call, they check on her. The maintenance staff is on top of things, and it's a really nice community, which is one reason she's there. We like the fact that it's a small community with only 60 rooms. They offer a good laundry service and they're willing to do it all. There is a good variety of activities, and I especially like that they have local activities they take them out to, like the high school film productions and Christmas choirs. The management is pretty responsive to concerns. The food is good. All in all, I've already talked to my neighbor about the community, and we wouldn't move her at this point.

The management team did an outstanding job, particularly when we first got in there. They have been responsive and showed a level of care that I did not see in any other assisted living locations. The staff really care about the residents. It's real to them. When you get someone who cares about your loved one and does their best job, I can't say enough about it. The nurse is amazing. The outside of the building is beautiful since it's all brick has has hsitory to it. They do a really good job maintaining the grounds and decorating for the holidays. The maintenance team is very responsive.

I have been in several facilities, and the food here is very good. They have chefs come in every now and then. The service is good. They know everyone's names and the visitors, and they are very attentive. My mother does get out quite a bit with activities. They are orientated to places they want to visit, like music concerts. There has never been a problem with the cleaning or the clothes. This community is as nice as any of the higher priced places. When you walk into Townehall, it feels light. Jeff, the maintenance man, has helped us out quite a bit. The staff is on top of things. They are proactive instead of reactive.

From the beginning, the management team was very open and honest about the community. The staff were welcoming and really cared about my family. It's been a positive and pleasant experience. The care staff is quite prompt and good with the medication. They come quickly when you call for help. The transportation department was very wililng to help us. The maintennace team is very prompt to take care of whatever needs to be taken care of. I see them taking care of things around the building. The housekeepers are prompt to do the laundry, and the general cleanliness of the place is very good. From what I've seen, the activities are very good. They seem to have a good variety of events. The food is tasty. I've been pleased with most everything. Everything I had hoped for is taken care of.
