The management team has been really good with my grandpa. The staff in the dining room are great and my grandpa has gotten to meet the chef. Maintenance is great and everything is nicely cleaned and organized. They keep the community up on the inside and the outside. The driver is really great with my grandpa and he enjoys the transportation. He loves the driver and talks his ear off.

They have a lot for my friend to do and he enjoys it, he enjoys the bible study and exercise classes, he goes every day, and the water aerobics. He likes the different shows, it's interesting for him and he gets a kick out of a lot of it. He's made a lot of good friends there and there are enough things to do, it just seems like a good place for him. He seems very happy, it's just right for him.

The part of the reason I moved here is because my doctors are all in the area. I checked it out eight or ten times before I moved it. The managment changed recently and the service that I have had with them has been very satisfactory. The housekeeping is every other week and it is adequate. It is consistent and they are there like clock work.

The value at this community appears to be fair and there is a lot of variety in the food. Victoria, works in the dining room downstairs, she is lovely, polite and organized. She is amazing and wonderful. It seems like there is a fair variety of activities. Polly is one of the activities coordinators and my mother-in-law likes her very much. Generally housekeeping is consistent and my mother in law likes Dusty, the head maintenance guy. He is very good. The building is in good shape. Generally, the caregivers are very respectful, accessible and responsive.

The price at this community is fair and within the line of other residential communities. The food here is very good and there are good activities offered at this community. Housekeeping has been very good and the building is maintained very well.

I love my apartment. It is very quiet and I feel safe and comfortable in it. All the staff are very friendly and cooperative. The dinners are excellent from the dining room. They sure do have many different types of activities for me to choose from. I am pleased with the maintenance service as well. I really shopped around and I am very pleased here.

I live here and I am very happy with my apartment. The food service has been quite good. I'm very satisfied with it the housekeeping.There are lots of activities if you want to do it. Overall, the building is very good.

I am currently living at Thunderbird and I have been very satisfied with the management. They offer bingo and I like that, we have a lot of fun there. The cleaning is very good everywhere. I'm amazed how clean they keep it. Any maintenance request I have had has been done promptly. I think it's a good place to be.

I love it here. I think Sherry has stepped in and is doing a very good job in managing the building. She's a people person and she listens and tries to accommodate you. My air conditioner was leaking and I put the work order in and they came the same day and were very prompt. I've used the offered transportation and tat has worked well for me. I'm very content here.

I have lived at the community for almost seven years now and I must say it's very good. The activities are 100% and are always very good. The food is excellent and so is the service. They're very attentive, responsive and reliable. If I had to recommend anywhere, this would be the place.
