The people at the office have been helpful. I haven't had issues that I haven't been able to resolve. The reception people have people have been nice and helpful. I don't feel like my concerns go on deaf ears. Mom enjoys the food. She likes eating everything. She really enjoys the activities. They do her laundry and that is good. I don't see piles of laundry anywhere; I think they do it weekly. All the common areas are very well maintained. There isn't stuff broken. The drivers in transportation are friendly. They take care of her. They are on time, responsive, and phenomenal. The care staff uses an appropriate tone of voice with her. She gets good treatment there and is comfortable.
