The Sheridan at Overland Park

Joe was the salesman that took care of us when we first went for a visit, and Cindy helped us too. They were both good, and they answered questions. I was quite impressed that the cook came out and addressed my mom by name. That made me feel good that he paid attention and knew her. They do have a good variety. I think there is a lot for her to do. She has been doing happy hours and visiting and doing bingo. The building is clean and smells fresh. It is bright. It is very nice and looks inviting. The care givers truly care. They know who my mom is, and they greet her. I think they have done great with meds and finding her and everything. They do a good job. We have had a good experience. So far, so good. Things have been fabulous. My brother and sister and I are very happy about where she is. She is kind of confused, but as each day goes, she is getting much better. We have been very pleased.

They do a really good job with activities. The building is really clean. I think they do a really good job. They keep flowers and decorations to make it all bright. The care staff are really nice. I've been very happy with them. They are very pleasant, caring, compassionate, and empathetic. That is hard to find in these places. The management is responsive.

Management's communication skills are good. My father in law loves the food, the dining service is excellent and they offer quite a lot of activities. The housekeeping is excellent and above what I expected. His apartment and the building are excellent and well kept up. The caregivers are very compassionate, very prompt and respectful. The care here has been excellent. I think the price is equal.

We love the place and mom is doing fantastic. Everyone is so friendly. I think it is a wonderful environment for mom and she is thriving. When she moved in, the maintenance staff was right there when she needed anything done. They are great with the activities and she participates in a lot.

The reception people are always great. They do have a lot of great activities and I am impressed. The housekeepers clean my mom's room once a week and they do a really good job. The inside of the building always looks very clean and you don't see things out of repair. The building always looks like it is well taken care of. The care givers are very, very helpful and they will do anything that my mom asks them to do. I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

We had a birthday party for there with about 50 of her friends and all of them loved the place. The management staff are so responsive. There is an activity planned almost everyday. The bus is always clean and well maintained when we use it for outings. The housekeeping department is right on top of it. They will do extra if it needs to be done. The entire staff is so nice to the people and so aware.

The management staff has been really approachable. We are satisfied with the dining department. Some of the staff has really tried to get him in activities. They have even brought him crossword puzzles that he is interested him. We really love Camillia and Agnes (overnight staff) has gone above and beyond.

I am very grateful for all of the staff at this community. The nursing, care, and dining staff are kind, respectful, and helpful, the activities staff offer a variety of activities, and the management staff is very helpful. I would recommend this community.

The food and the variety of the menu are good and the activities are very good. The housekeeping is very good, everything with the building looks great and the management is very good.

I have been very pleased with all my interactions with everybody. Camilia is outstanding. She goes above and beyond. She enjoys the food very much. The food is one of the best things they have there. I have eaten with her many times and she loves the food and the servers are good people. The building is very, very nice. It is outstanding. It is not like an assisted living. It is really well taken care of. I am very pleased with the place. It stands out.
