The Sheridan at Laumeier Park

My sister lives at the community and it's a reasonable price for all that they do. The staff is outstanding and everybody is very pleasant, so it's all like a family. The maintenance is excellent and the housekeeping services are very good. Management is accessible and respectful. I have had conversations with the staff where they helped my sister Facetime or call me via cellphone. She feels safe and comfortable at the community. Overall, they're doing as much as we can expect.

Anytime we have a concern the management staff address it right away. My mom is throughly enjoying the food. She has a big breakfast and a big lunch and has ice cream with dinner. She is totally happy. In regards to the activities, they have a lot of kids that come there to do things with the residents and they have a lot of stuff going on in the evening like a wine tasting night. The houskeeping and laundry are very good. I know that they pick things up and get it done. The maitnenance is really good as well. The way they care for my mom and my dad, they go above and beyond.

Management does pretty good with what they are doing, and anytime we have needed anything done, maintenance has been right on it. Everything looks good in the building. The caregivers do a fairly good job of taking care of her. They check on her when they say they will and they change her. I like this community.

The management have always been there for me and when I've needed them they've helped. Their response time is almost immediate. The building is well maintained and clean every time I'm there.

The people I have dealt with in management have been friendly and helpful to my dad. The food is very good and the menu looks fine to me. He always has something to choose from. It sounds like they keep the residents pretty busy with activities. Everything seems to be working in his apartment and the building is nice, clean and new. The transportation staff seem willing to help him out in any way that they can and they make sure he gets to his appointments on time. The caregivers seem to be engaging him as much as they can and they are as helpful as they can be. This community seems to be supplying all his needs and wants.

The management is great so far. Also, the dining servers and housekeepers are great. My dad's room always seems tidy, and he always has clean clothes. The care that he receives here is great. I think this is a great place for my dad.

My parents are there and being taken care of. It is a tremendous relief off of my shoulders. The activities are great. I am glad that they have as many activities as they do. They love the singers that come in. The staff always gets them from their room and gets them involved.

The management does a great job. They are always offering activities for them. Most of the time, it is something my mom can participate in. There is gentleman that plays the piano, and my mother enjoys that. They will come through to ask if she wants to join them. They don't make her go, but they do encourage her. I really feel like she gets good care there. They are sweet with her, and they are wonderful and great.

I think the healthcare is good. The real nurses are very good. I think the maintenace is good too. The dining is good. I think they have a good variety. I think we're getting a good value. I think the accommodations work well. My mom is very safe and comfortable.

Every time I go, the apartment looks neat, clean and clothes are hanging up in the closet. They have quite a variety of activities offered and they come by to ask if my father wants to participate, which helps him out. He is enjoying the food and nothing in the building is neglected, so overall, he feels comfortable and safe there.
