Management is on top of it. They're quality people. They get back to you. They let you know up front and there's no games. Before we took him there Jack was always watching TV. Now he's the Bingo champ. He does the artwork and for the ice cream socials he's always scooping out the ice cream. When I go down there once a week I watch him too sometimes and watch how they interact and do the exercises and they're on top of things. Also, there's always somebody there that's doing something with maintaining the building.

I am really pleased with Crescendo. The manager is my favorite. She is just up and running and treats everyone so nice at the facility. She is always right there and she answers all of my questions and she treats my brother like royalty. I couldn't be more happy. Due to the Coronavirus, my brother told me that they are bringing meals to his room and the food is warm and tasty. He said that he is really getting spoiled. The food is a plus for him. In regards to the housekeeping, the girl that takes care of my brother's room is amazing. They come in and clean his room once a week and do his clothes once a week and he couldn't be happier. My brother is happy with the med tech he as now. They do a wonderful job.

The community is a good value for my mother and all of the workers are great. Everyone looks after her and everyone knows who she is. They have an extremely good nurse that takes care of her people and I can text her anytime. She hasn't had any issues whatsoever in the apartment. The housekeeping service is satisfactory and they come in a routine manner. The staff get her up to do activities so that she doesn't just sit in her room, which is important. She really likes the food and the wait service is very pleasant. You can tell the staff really care and I can tell she is well taken care of.

The staff did initiate a call back and said that they would call the doctor and get a prescription for her. I think they were very helpful based on that. They all seem very caring to me. The housekeeping seems good. They come once a week and clean the apartment and do the laundry. The high point of the place is the employees. They are friendly, helpful, and compassionate. They are very good not only to my mother, but to me.

Whenever I see my client, he seems well cared for. The servers in the dining area were very attentive to him. They made sure that he was pleased with the meal. In regards to the activities, I know they have music, movies, and television as well. His apartment is always very clean. His laundry always seems to be done and done timely. Everything is always in good order, and I don't see the maintenance staff letting things go. The CNA's seem to give really good care, and the medication room is very careful about what they provide to him.

Everyone at the community was so welcoming to us. The crew they have there now is excellent. It is very hard to place a totally blind person and they were absolutely fanstatic when it came to my brother not being able to see. The community did not question it and they were so good with my brother. Aliya, Heather and the head nurse are so wonderful with my brother. William Bill, the maintenance guy is great and gets things done quickly. Sandy and Matt, the activity director's, will ask Kevin to help run the game if he cannot participate because of his eye sight. They are wonderful activity directors. He loves it there.

The housekeeping and laundry service seem to have been working for him, and all of his stuff is clean. Everybody in the healthcare department is quite concerned about my father, and I know they take a personal interest in my father.

I think for this area, which is pretty competitive, it is a pretty fair value. The activities for them are really good. They are great and really keep them busy. There is always something going on. There are exercise classes, outings, bingo, and pokeno. Their apartment is always well cleaned and kept up. We haven't had any issues with missing clothes. The laundry has been good. The care staff helps them a lot. They do well.

The food is okay, housekeeping is pretty good, and maintenance takes care of the building. I am satisfied.

My mother loves the food and says they have delicious meals. She has clean clothes and her apartment is very good. She is very happy here and so is the family.
