Management is all very friendly and nice, and they explain everything well. They have lots of activities going on. It's very good. The housekeepers pick up the laundry before they start cleaning and they have it back for you before the day is over. As far as I'm concerned, everything is great.

They are always friendly. They are always willing to help you with anything you need help with. The bus driver is always willing to take you wherever you need to go. Even it is not the doctor or bank, he is willing to take you the extra mile. The bus is always clean and he keeps it maintained. I think they keep the yards mowed and everything is cleaned up really well. The activities director is a great person. She is always willing to do anything to help you in crafts and games.

They're always very good to my father-in-law. The maintenance guys are great. The activities are good and the food’s all right. They’re all really good there.

It's been really good, the meals, the local care from Healing Hands, everything. The facility itself seems to be well run, there are a lot of activities, the transition was pretty easy. Management is just real friendly and upfront, it's really well run. The dining experience has been very good, the food has been excellent.

My sister is always engaged with the variety of activities that are offered, the building is clean and well kept, and the staff are responsive and dedicated to resolving any issues or problems that might come up. Overall, this is a wonderful community.

I feel pretty confident my parents feel safe and comfortable there. Management communicates very well. They like the food and variety on the menu, and we’re happy with the activities. I haven’t heard mom and dad complain, we’re very satisfied with the value they’re getting.
