Everybody, no matter what their job is, is always willing to help, even if it's not their area. They're all willing to do whatever they need to do, whenever they need to do it. The housekeepers really are amazing. The common areas and the apartment itself is always very clean. They're excellent, I recommend them to everybody. It's the best. Melissa is the Director and she's a great combination of business professional, compassionate and caring and her Assistant Director is Alice, usually one or the other is always available. The staff just wonderful. There is very rarely any kind of issues.

Mother has a beautiful room, and she's paying a little extra for it. I guess it's about the same as everywhere else. The caretakers are wonderful and Angela is amazing. She made my mother feel so welcome when she first got there. I was very pleased at how friendly everyone was to her. They bring her medicine and have been good with that. They go above and beyond their duty. I really love Melissa, in management. She's been very professional and caring. She's very approachable and hands-on. She does a wonderful job and is always there when I need her. My mother likes the food, the quality is good. They are very helpful with her if she needs or wants anything and they try to accommodate her.

Management has just been very responsive to any requests, and I'm very pleased. The caregivers have been very effective and I think housekeeping has been good. She's not always interested in what they're doing, but I think the activities are good. Everything is good. We're very happy there.
