MerryWood on Park

I think it's just a nice facility and the location is good, the grounds are very pretty and they keep the flowers in the front going. I like that wherever you go you're under one roof, you don't have to go out in the rain to go to lunch or something. The staff as a whole, they're all very nice and accommodating. We have so many activities that we can't even go on all of them, I've been pleased with the activities, we go on many outings. I'm just generally very satisfied. I wouldn't think about moving.

Overall, I think the place runs well. The wait staff in the dining room is incredible, and for serving this many people, the food is really excellent here. I have needed maintenance work two or three times and the maintenance team is very prompt. The property outside, shrubs and trees and everything, is very well maintained. Housekeeping is good, and I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment here.

Management communicates fairly well and the dining service is very good. They have quite a variety of activities that are available to the people here, they're very good. They're in the process of remodeling and we think it's a big improvement on the property; they do a good job on maintenance. Any time we need help with anything, we use our little button to call them with and it works out real well.

Management at Merrywood on Park is very good and the door is always open is what we're told. We're actually very much being remodeled, but they have made a great effort in the dining room and it seems to be going good, so we will be glad when we can return. The community offers activities going on up until 6:30-7PM going on and the new lady attending to the social calendar is doing a great job. I don't know if I am just lucky, but I have had no problems whatsoever with housekeeping. I am satisfied with the consistency of service provided by the maintenance department so it has been a good experience for me here.

I've been here a few years and I can say our food is very good, I have no problems with housekeeping or laundry, and I'm satisfied with maintenance. We're remodeling now. I'm safe and comfortable here at Merrywood.

I am very pleased with the dining, activities, and maintenance and housekeeping services. I would say the building and grounds look very good. They have a lot of activities for us to participate in. I haven't had any problems so I would say it is very good.

Since I have been here I think there are enough activities. The ones I have gone to are good. The housekeeping does a good job and I am glad to have it. I really like Shawn, the driver of the bus, he is excellent.

Management does everything quite well. The food is very good and the people that work here are very good. There are a lot of activities; they're trying their best to keep everything eventful. The housekeeping is very good, they do the best they can and they even like my dog and she likes them. As soon as I call maintenance they will come and I never have to ask for something twice. Maintenance does the very best they can. Merrywood at Park fits all of my needs and I don't have any complaints about this community, I'm very happy to be here.
