I cannot think of anything the communtiy could improve upon. I have a beautiful apartment with lots of windows and a balcony I use everyday. The management is on top of their game, especially during the lock down. Even the directors are bringing medicine to residents and delivering packages. Everyone is pitching in from the top down and that is great to see! They are being very responsive to our needs. The food is consistently good and the service is excellent. Maintenance takes care of things seamlessly and transportation is excellent. I feel very safe and comfortable here and always recommend it to anyone!

One thing I have really appreciated over years is that there has been a big investment in the community. Everything from a new roof to completely redoing the common areas and hallways. The maintenance staff is very responsive and the head guy knows the building well. The housekeeping staff has always been very attentive to my dad. The activities are entertaining and well planned. He raves about the food and is satisfied with the menu variety. Communication with management has been really good, whether it's email or over the phone. He feels safe and comfortable there.

My apartment is perfect, I feel safe, I am comfortable and I like where I am at. If you have some place that you need to get to, you can use transportation services during the scheduled times. They do a good job with maintenance and the building looks satisfactory. We have lots of different activities to do and the staff takes us out for plays or special outings. I am satisfied with the dining room, the food and the wait help is very nice. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. Overall, the bottom line is that I am very happy here, so I would definitely recommend it to others.

The people who work at the community are very dedicated. The maintenance is responsive every time my husband or I call them and they are trying very hard to provide acitivties. The activities are good. Also, the people who work at the community are good and try to provide good service to the residents.

I feel very comfortable with my aunt living at the community. She has the support and protection she needs and that is what we pay for. My mother really enjoys the food and she uses the transportation to go to the store and shop.

If you want to do the activities, there is plenty to do. If we mention things, they try to work it out. In regards to the maintenance, when I have had to have something done, they have come and done it. I have no problems with them. The dining service is good. I feel safe. I would recommend it to somebody else.

The executive director has only been here for a few months, but she is doing a good job. The other departments are doing good as well. We have a new chef who is trying to incorporate some new menu items for us. The dining service and activities are good. The activities director does a good job in scheduling outings and people who come in to do various things. The maids do a good job for what they provide. When maintenance comes to fix something, they fix it properly, and the building looks good. It just went through a remodel. This is a great place. I have been here for two years and I have been very happy.

They just renovated the building. The grounds look beautiful. If there's an emergency, maintenance will come right away. The activities are fantastic. They have a lot of activities, and they go a lot of places. They all do a good job. The dining service is very good. The management team is good. Everything is taken care of when you ask. They set up a time, and they fix it or do it. They're very, very friendly.

I think it is pretty fair. It is kind of expensive, but if you want a good place your going to pay a good price for it. Everybody is wonderful. I have been here two weeks and I feel like I know everybody. They are all so nice. The food is the best. I enjoy coming down and eating. The people are so nice, they are really good waitresses.

I would recommend it. I do like it here. People are friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful. I have always felt safe. I love my apartment. Activities are wonderful. They have a variety of things and take our input. They try to accommodate us. They are great. Great people and great activities. Maintenance are very nice people and very helpful. With transportation, I get to church every Sunday. They go to Walmart, the mall, and Dollar Tree. Sunday, they go out to eat. I have been very pleased. I am in a wheelchair, and the residents need room for their groceries. Transportation comes and takes me separately to the drug store. It is a brand new bus, and the service is consistent.
