The current activities are the best they have been and my mother is there 7 years. Their maintenance staff is is prompt, caring and really just on top of everything. I make sure to sit through meals to see what is going on and the service is fine. The current Director has been there a long time and certainly knows how things should be done. All in all, my mom seems very content and safe, which is everything.

The staff here are interested in their residents and the maintenance staff is very helpful. My mom enjoys the food, and they seem to do activities three or four times a day.

They do a good job here and we have been satisfied overall. Management is very good and this community seems to be very well run. The activities are very good, the housekeeping has been good and the maintenance man keeps the building well kept. The caregivers manage her medication and do a good job.

The staff and management are both, respectful and responsive to my mother's needs. Transportation has been fine, activities are ample and I am confident in the maintenance man. She is escorted almost every day to dining and the wait staff keep things under control with 3 meals a day. Overall, I am content with her being cared for, clean, fed, the laundry and room cleaning, so the place has been excellent.

You get what you pay for, It is expensive but it includes rent, care, the services, utilities, so you get an awful lot. The common areas are always immaculate. Problems are always fixed right away, there's never any odors, the building shows a lot of care. I can always email or call the management team, they make time for me and are responsive. As to food selection and quality mom has no complaints. It's nutritious, and if she wants something different the servers will get it for her. They have plenty of different activities. I see what they post on the Facebook page, and they have outings, shopping, women get their nails done, and the maintenance man takes the guys out fishing. Any laundry that goes down I see comes back clean and folded and put away. Her place is immaculate. The care staff understands and likes my mom, they look out for her.

We are very pleased with the whole experience. We feel that this is a very good place for our mother and we are very pleased with the staff. The facility and the grounds always look great. Mom's health has been good, she seems to be well cared for, and she gets her medications regularly. The care staff have always been responsive to any requests we have.

We chose the community because it was very small and more like walking into someone's home. The greeting was phenomenal from staff. They just said for us to bring our loved one here and the can take care of them like we would take care of our own. They guided me through the process and welcomed my whole family to come and visit the community. I just can't say enough In five years, she hasn't been very far without me. She is very comfortable and secure with the staff and off she goes on all the activities. I can go someplace and relax and know that she is okay. It is a great feeling.

The managers are incredibly patient, they understand people's conditions. Dining is excellent, they always come and get her so she doesn’t miss a meal and my mom eats everything.I am particularly impressed with the laundry, it's consistent, always returned neat, folded, and clean. We are very pleased, it's a nice community.

I think the staff does a great job. They are always patient with my brother and that is not always easy. The maintenance man is excellent. He gets right on things for me.The housekeeping is excellent. The activities are wonderful and there is always something going on. The food quality is good considering they are cooking for 40 people and they have alternatives to people who don't like the main meal that is given. The residents always sit down to a nice meal. The building looks terrific. I am okay with the price at this community. It is a lot of money but they have nurses, food and protection here. I don't know how you could do better.

I chose this community for my mom because we knew someone that was there and had good feedback from them. The place is small enough where you know everyone and everyone knows you, which is really nice. The caregivers are very nice to my mom. The staff has encouraged my mom to get involved in the activities and she has participated.
