Mangrove Bay

The administrative staff has been very responsive to us for the interactions we have had with them. My mother-in-law doesn't participate in a lot of the activities, but there is a lot of variety. There is something always going on. The maintenance staff has fixed a few things for her and their response time has been good. I think when you put the whole amenities package together, it's a good value.

Our value here is exceptionally good. We have a two bedroom apartment and it meets our needs very well. We have additional storage as well. The management group is a superior group. The key to that is personal attention and they do an excellent job. They know everyone's name, it's amazing. When a new person comes in they are very welcoming. The food is exceptionally good considering the cost of the food. We get adequate nutrition and we get additional foods that are a little higher quality. I am very much involved in most of the activities. I'm teaching beginning water colors. We have activities going on all day long. The housekeepers do an exceptional job. We gave up our car last year and we are now using the transportation. It works out just beautifully. I am a real advocate of this place. I'm finding that this community is a family. We track each other and help each other, we enjoy that.
