The Landing of Stow

We’re very satisfied with the care staff. They're great. Mom has a fabulous room overlooking the front lawn and she loves it. I don’t have much interaction with management usually, but the ship seems to run tight. Things seem to go well, whenever I ask anything of staff they're very responsive and devoted to customer service. I think Susan tries really hard to provide activities, and that's appreciated. The building is clean and well maintained. I've got no complaints, it looks nice. We’re very satisfied with the care staff. They're great. We're over pretty often and the staff has been really good to her. I've come around the corner and have seen the staff with other residents and they are unfailingly patient, polite, and caring. I've never seen anything that made me concerned or was less than professional.

The management staff have been nothing but wonderful. They have been supportive. They are always nice, welcoming and greet me by name. Morgan had an excellent ability to remind us and sold us on this community without feeling pushy. The head nurse has been fantastic with me. Their desserts are fantastic. The activities director has been great. Susan has gotten my mom out of the community on outings. She always offers the activities to my mom. Frank was awesome and has helped her fix the cable. He has told my mom that when the rest of her stuff gets here that he will help with hanging pictures and anything else she needs. He is always right there when you need him. I would definitely recommend it there. They have made what could have been a difficult transition very smooth and easy.
