Lakeshore Manor

We are very happy with my mom's stay there and we are happy how the management is handling the quarantine at this time. From what I have observed the food is good there. My mom is eating and has even gained some weight while she has been there which is what she needed. We are super happy with the activities. They are doing their best with the activities during the quarantine and I love how they are doing stuff every day. Every time I visit her room is very neat and clean. The housekeepers are consistent and I have never come in and have seen the room dirty at all. The overall maintenance of the building is excellent as well. In regards to the care, my mom is on very few medications and the little bit that the care givers need to do has been great. We have been super satisfied with everything.

It is a very good place to be. I have absolutely no complaints about it. They cover everything from your medical to your meals and entertainment. Everything is great. The food is good. They have a variety and you get dessert at the end. There is a variety of things in activities and I do what I want to do. Sometimes I learn something new and find I also like doing that. They maintain everything right up to snuff. There isn't anything broken or dirty. he care staff are all courteous and helpful.

My mom is happy and that is what we want. She is happier there then she was at home. The management has been quick on their responses and they are handling the quarantine very well. My mother loves the food and she raves about the activities. She loves the activities and especially the music and educational ones. I have heard her speak very positive on the laundry and her room is always clean. The building is eye appealing and it seems like it is well maintained. I don't see anything broken or unkept. The transportation service as far as I know has been good. If they do go off site like to the library my mother says that the van is neat and clean and the drivers are courteous. The healthcare seems to be good as well.

Management has been very professional and helpful. They answer my questions right away and get back to me when I leave a message. Every time I have been there to visit her her place has been very clean, her towels are folded and her clothes are put away in her drawer. The building is very well maintained and the caregivers do very well. This community is expensive but they take very good care of my mom so it is worth it. Everything here is very good.

I feel like the people that we have had contact with are sincere and they are caring and professional, both the admissions coordinator and the manager that we had contact with. The food seems good and there seems to be a good variety. The activities are well planned and the housekeeping is also really good. I have been there once or twice a week since my mom has been there and it seems to be consistently clean. In regards to the maintenance, everything seems well repaired and clean and in good working order. The care givers are very responsive and they are very respectful and very kind.

Management is very responsive to the things that I have talked to them about. Maintenance takes care of things promptly. The food is good. They include as many people as they can in the activities. I feel safe having my husband here.

We were overall pleased with management and my mother always seemed happy with the food. She enjoyed sitting with the other ladies at meals. It was a pleasant experience. She loved the activities. They had a nice variety and lots of activities. Her room was clean, the community is super nice and in a good location, and the care staff was good. My mom was comfortable with everybody and thought everybody was very nice. I am really thankful that we found this community. It was a real blessing to us, and she never wanted to leave. Even when we moved her, she questioned why she had to leave because she liked it here.

After she had been there a while, my mother said that if you have to be some place, this is the place to be. The building is very nice, and the dining is good. My mother eats everything that they put in front of he,r and so does my husband. The service is good. The care givers always get to the room pretty quick.

Management is doing a great job. My mom is so happy. There is a lot of staff, which is good. She is not getting lost in the shuffle. There lot of one on one, and just a lot of sitting down and talking with her. She is putting on weight because she is eating healthy food and she is eating well. No matter when I am there, it seems the cleaning person is there, tidying up and cleaning floors. The apartment is wonderful. She is at a great place. I am more comfortable knowing she is getting great care, I am not worried about her. They are on the ball. They are great to deal with, and I am so fortunate that they are there and that everything worked out well. I can have peace of mind and know that she is content. I sing their praises to anyone who has elderly parents. I am just extremely happy with the attention and the care.

My loved one doesn't complain. I think there's a nurse on staff pretty much during the day. The transportation is great. Everything seems to work fine. The building is very nice. There's a loto f activites. They're very good about that. She seems to be happy over there. All of the management personnel are good people. I've never had a problem with them. She's been in several places, and out of all of them, this is the best one. Everything has been good. I have no complaints whatsoever.
