Heritage Woods

Sadly my mom had to move out of this community becuase her doctor said she needed to go into memory care. We never had any problems with management, housekeeping and maintenance. The food and service was alwasy good. The activities were fantastic. They always had some good music programs. It is a beautiful community. My mother had a great experience there.

Everything seems to be going pretty good for my father up there. The value seems to be good, it's a reasonable amount to pay. Maintenance looks pretty good, the grounds and everything. Everything is well maintained. They give him his medicine on time when he needs it and everything, they take good care of him. I would recommend them, it's a good place.

I have lived at Heritage Wood since March of 2010. I am very pleased and I think the management is going to be good because since the management came in, the food has been better. As far as activities, there is no way one person could do everything that is offered here. We have a wonderful Activity Director and wonderful physical exercise program, I do it every day because it's super and it's one of the reasons I chose Heritage Woods. Overall, I am very happy here.

My daughter found this place and she says the price is fine and I like it. I really enjoy the activities they have here. The grounds around the building are really nice and I enjoy going out for walks around the community. The managment here is very prompt in answering any questions and helping me when I need assistance.

I have been involved with the Heritage Woods community for 20 years and have lived here for over 3 years. Lucy, in housekeeping is the best. She does a good job, especially with the bathroom. The food is really good and the variety is excellent. Everyone is so caring and they listen to what you decide to do. Today I had to go to the dentist and the driver is the greatest guy in the world, he really is.

We just got a new Director and she's left a good impression on me. She came to our table this morning while we were eating and she sounds positive, I'm impressed with her. I think they're doing a good job in the food area. The housekeeping or whoever is in charge of that does a very good job. If they see anything that needs repairs they seem to jump right on that and do it. For example, they came in and replaced a section of carpet. My wife said the best thing is she feels safe here and to her; that is a big deal. She says she likes the place and it's the best place she's seen. It's fantastic. Right now I'm pretty impressed with it.

I have lived at the community for two years and the maintenance is on top of everything as far as I'm concerned. Everytime I call them they get things done quickly. They are doing a good job with keeping the place clean. As far as the managemnet, they try to make it comfortable for everybody. The activities team is always trying to keep things moving. I've had a few issues with the food, but other than that it's a good place.

We are very pleased with it. We have looked at a lot of places and have not found one better. We like the dining room and we like the food. The housekeeping is very good too. I would recommend it to anyone we see coming here and looking. We tell them how much we like it here and things we like about it. We try to help the management in that way to get nice people here. We greet people in the dining room and introduce ourselves.
