Anyone I know that has been to the community, I always get feedback at how pleasant the staff are and how clean it is. The building looks satisfactory and the maintenance staff fix things in a timely manner for my mother. Housekeeping services keep the place almost spotless and take the trash out twice a day. There is a lot of interaction and activities for the residents to do with people coming in to sing and they even had a nice dinner for Christmas. The healthcare staff is respectful and call me immediately for any kind of problem. The management is very attentive, she loves them and they take excellent care of her. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable.

My loved one lives at the community and I think the price is fair for the services received. The management is good and they try hard. The healthcare staff there do the best they can. The maintenance staff is excellent on returning requests that are made and the building looks satisfactory. The activities are good and they really try with the residents. He is a vegetarian, but they really give him a choice and they go out of their way to make something a little different. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable. The community is doing an excellent job.

We chose this community for my parents in law because it had the best outdoor space. Finding places where staff are happy makes a huge difference and everything I have heard has been all positive. The healthcare staff are on top of everything and pick up the phone when called. The maintenance man puts his heart & soul into his work and treats the residents like his own grandparents. The place is always clean and pristine compared to other communities. I love that the activities are there and they're always invited. My father in law thinks everything during dining is fabulous and raves about it. Management have been very on top of things and it's like they're one step ahead of what is going on. All in all, they feel safe and comfortable. The community has a neat group of staff.

All of the folks there are very helpful and very professional. Belinda the director there is great. We have been speaking to her and she has been very helpful. The service in the dining area is great. The care givers are doing a good job. Carla the nurse has been very helpful.

The management is receptive and helps us with our concerns. They work well with the residents and that's a good attribute to the community because they have a desire to work with the residents. We wanted my Mom to be safe, happy, and loved. We're getting all three here at this community!

We are very pleased. It is a great facility and a great deal for the dollar. The management are great. My mom has been in a facility for ten years and I hear more from this team than I have from anybody in the past. I can see the direction they are going. It is always clean and clothes are put away. Everything is clean. Two of the caregivers came to me the other day and told me they really loved my mom. That is what you want to see.

Management was very helpful and had everything ready for her. They showed her around and made her feel welcome. I know my mom enjoys having meals on time, and she has been pleased with just about everything she has eaten. The servers are very helpful. The caregivers have been very good and helpful with whatever needs she has. The laundry has been fine, and I think the housekeeping is doing the absolute best that they can. Maintenance has been helpful. Anytime we have put a request in, it has been taken care of promptly. The building is clean and very well kept. I think, pricewise, it compares to other places and what she is getting is worth what we are spending.

The management is always there to answer questions and I have been treated real nice and my wife has too. The food is good and the staff in the dining area is fine. Everything is clean in the apartment and the laundry is fine. Maintenance has been helpful with hanging pictures and fixing things when they weren't working just right. There are some there that are excellent care givers. It is a real nice place and it feels like home.

The staff all has patience and compassion that they're supposed to have. They're very good to everybody, including my wife. All of the staff there have been awesome with her, they're very sweet.

Every time we have a question or issue, it's addressed immediately. They always direct us to the right place or person. I can't say enough about Carla, she's fabulous. I'm so pleased with the communication, there was a storm approaching and they reached out. I thought that was very proactive and something I never saw at a previous facility. That was very impressive to me. My mom says the food is great and the healthcare staff has been very prompt and helpful. Everybody has been really great.
