Management is fine. The servers are good.The menu varity is fine. The housekeeping and maintenance is very good. The value is very good.

My mom says the dining service is great. She is really happy with the amount of activities, as well as their variety. The building is pretty good. The experiences we have had with maintenance have been pretty good. Her apartment is exceptional because there are only two or three studios here, and she is in one of those. Since it doesn't have walls in it, the space feels huge. My mom never has trouble getting to appointments when she uses the transportation. That makes it easy for us as family members. I am pretty happy with Glenwood Place. All of the services they provide have made it possible for her to stay independent. The price here is reasonable and comparable.

I have lived here for about ten years, and I don't have any trouble with anybody. Everything is clean around the building, and I like the housekeepers. They clean my room, leave, and I don't see them for another week. There is variety offered during dining, and I am satisfied with both the food and the wait service. If I need to talk to management, I can just go down to the front desk, and I can visit the nurse's station. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable at the community.

Everyone has been very responsive to my aunt and her needs. The chef that came on a year ago is absolutely fantastic. The food is very good, and the dining service is usually very good. I know there are a lot of activities. Maintenance has been there very quickly. They have esolved the problem immediately and without leaving a mess. It has been terrific. The caregivers have been absolutely fantastic, and really watch over her. When she broke her hip a year ago it was clear that they didn't just care for her, but they cared about her and made her comfortable. I couldn't ask for anything better. She is very happy.

The food is good, especially the birthday dinners, those are spectaular. If you are bored at the community it is your own fault. There are so many activities, and a great variety. The transportation is great. He goes out of his way, he also took me to the airport at 4 in the morning, and that is way above the call of duty.

The management has been fine and helpful. Anytime I have a question, they are really nice. The housekeeeping is excellent. Maintenance did come and fix something and were prompt. In regards to the healthcare, everybody has been excellent. They are very friendly and very helpful. My mom has been much happier since they have been showing her different places to go. The people there are so nice. My mom can ask questions there at any time and they will help her.

My parents seemed to get pretty good care. Whenever I needed transportation for my dad, they provided it. From what I can tell, it seems to be an okay rate. I'm happy with where my mom is right now.

We chose the community because it had the features we were looking for. We're really pleased with the services and everything they dofor mom. The care givers have been very responsive. The activities list looks fun, phenomenal, I would do it. It was exactly what were looking for. I think the value is great. Her apartment is wonderful, it's nicer than my place. I think the value is great.

My mother's apartment is nice and perfect, so she feels safe and comfortable living at the community. The management has been really good, as is the dining bistro, and maintenance staff helped us install the cable.

It's a very friendly community and I like the price for what you get.
