Gateway Villa and Gateway Gardens

My father's apartment is nice and clean. He is happy with it. Management answered all my questions, and the nurse calls me with any questions that she has . My dad says the food is good. The transportation has been fine. He is being taken care of in the way that he needs to be taken care of.

I am very pleased so far. Most everyone has been terrific here, and it is a comfort knowing that someone is watching out for her and updating me when things happen. My mom says the food is good, and she seems to enjoy it. The housekeeping has been excellent. Maintenance made her room ready for her, and I am happy with her apartment. The caregivers here are really good.

Management is engaged with the families and the residents, and they're very knowledgeable about the operation. As far as being available and answering any questions we've had, they're very helpful. There are a wide variety of activities available, and the staff is good about encouraging her to participate. The beauty shop on site has been a big plus, so she's really happy with that. The facility is very clean, and everything seems to be very well maintained. It's in good condition, it's clean, and it smells good. It's very well kept up, so we're happy with that. We're very pleased with the healthcare services. They've been engaged and proactive in dealing with her and communicating with us.

Location is why we moved my father into this community. The care givers are very friendly, the R.N. has gone out of her way to be friendly. I think the housekeeping service is great. There's lots of activities, lots of opportunities for residents. My dad seems to like the food and dining room wait staff. It's a really good community.

Management was real good and they were very responsive and available. The food is excellent, they have a lot of activities, housekeeping was very thorough with the cleaning and the building always looked nice.

I loved it here. It's a great place and I tell everyone about it. My mother was kept very active and we were satisfied with the dining department. She had a great apartment and the value was perfect.

Management has been professional. The healthcare staff really check on my dad when they say they will and they've gone beyond what I'm paying for in a few cases. My dad wanted to sit in a chair where the call button wouldn't reach so the nurse would come in to check on my dad every hour instead of every two hours. The dining room seem to do a good job with the meals, my dad has said everything was good and well done. Housekeeping seems to be doing a really good job with the cleaning and laundry and as far as I can tell everything has been done promptly. I think I'm getting a good value.

They are very personable and attentive, the entire staff is. I can't find a single complaint. Every time a situation arose or something going on it was addressed. I am satisfied with the service she got from housekeeping and mainteance. She enjoyed the activities provided. I feel like we got 110% for what we paid.

We have gotten great service and the people here are wonderful. The laundry is good, the food is wonderful and we get good care.

I chose this community for my mom becuase I live in the area. We've gotten good care and I've been very impressed with the kitchen staff, they've been very willing to work with me, they've been very good to work with. They do quite a bit of activities, they have quite a lot going on here, it's very very good and housekeeping is real good about coming in and emptying the trash.
