Gardens of Gainesville

I liked my apartment very much. I enjoyed it. I loved my little balcony there and faced the back. I had a nice breeze. Maintenance were very nice, and very capable. Dining was always good, I always enjoyed it. The service was very nice. Angela does a marvelous job. All the time, they were friendly and were helpful and took us where we needed to go. Ron Norm and Paul very nice, I miss them.. The woman that cleaned my house was very nice. I liked her very much. I would recommend it to someone else without hesitation.

This is one of the nicer places that they have seen. Their apartment is nice and good. They have enough space. The dining has been okay so far. The housekeeping is fine. The building and grounds look really good and nice.

Everyone in management has been extremely helpful and professional. They have a lot of variety in their activities, everything is good with the housekeeping and maintenance has been helpful.

We chose it for my brother because I used to volunteer there years ago. It's a good community and great people work there. The care is very good, the food is great, the building is beautiful and activities are entertaining, so the value is as good as it can be. It's been very fun and very pleasant for him. He loves it there and I think it's been great.

Management was always upfront with us about everything, they were very helpful with my mother. I appreciated all of their help and honesty. When we were there, everything was very good. They were always real helpful and open.

We looked at several places, but my husband liked this one. The people are very nice and the food has been good. The staff has been excellent, getting him up, putting him to bed, all of that, they've been great. Darren White, our contact person, she is wonderful, she's a great asset.

The Gardens' leadership is great. Very nice people and very accommodating. The staff is very friendly. Maintenance has been helpful. I ask them to come and do some adjustments, and they made them right away. It's been good so far.

The transportation has been really nice and very accommodating. The food is so much better than where I was, they do a good job. I think housekeeping is doing well. I started an exercise class before I got sick and hope to get back into that. I go to the wine parties, which I like a lot. I also think that the management here is doing a really good job.

I am a little impressed; my father has been engaging more than he did at his previous community. He's definitely been more active. We put a shower curtain in for him, and the curtain didn't go all the way down. So we thought we'd have to go buy other stuff, but during the orientation they explained the maintenance team could handle it which was fantastic. I'm really happy with the management team. They were great with being involved. They recommended a senior moving facility which was good. It seems to be an appropriate value, cost to services overall.

Everything is good. The maintenance staff was very helpful. Anytime they have needed anything, it's been answered very quickly. The washer and dryer in her room make her very happy. We were very impressed with the activities. I appreciate all the freshening up they did and the new carpet. The management staff wonderful, they just take care of your every need and are extremely welcoming. Darrin is an amazing person, I just felt very comfortable having my parents there.
