The apartment is good, it is a one bedroom and it suits their needs If one wants to go lay down the other has the living room. In many ways, they go above and beyond We feel like the staff is looking out for them.

It has been a great experience for us and the staff are helpful and friendly. I think the value is reasonable and my mom is safe and feels comfortable here. Management has addressed everything that I have brought to their attention and everything has been fine. My mom likes most things and for the most part has been happy with the dining. They have brought her meal to her room a few times when she wasn't able to go to the dining room. The staff do something all the time with the residents and interact with them. Everything has been fine with the housekeeping. The caregivers have been excellent. My mom has adjusted well and seems to be happy here.

She is getting a lot of care and socialization that she needs there. The management staff has been very responsive whenever we have had any questions or needed anything. My mother is doing all that she can with activities. They take them out to eat and to the museum. I like that they get them out and do different things. I think the building is maintained well. I know they are planning some improvements and I am looking forward to that.

This is the best one that I know of. My wife gets everything out here. The managment follows through with things. They have musicians come in here regularly and play. Every Sunday the various churches have their services here. The housekeepers change the sheets, wash them and bring them back. They make up the bed and vacuum and clean the kitchen. The building is kept up very well. The care givers are extremely respectful and trained. I can't think of any other better place. I think they are right on the money. I knew that this was the best in the country.

I am very pleased here. I have my dog and he is a little angel. They like him. He is a schnauzer and will be 12 years old in May. He is my companion and I am so happy they let him live here with me. I think the management is doing a great job. The lady who is the director has a town hall meeting every month. We let her know what our complaints are. She tries her best and is pretty good I'd say. We have a new chef. The meals are planned and they are very attractive the way it is placed on the plate. It is very tasty. The housekeeping is okay. The floors, bathroom and beds are done well. They clean and mop every week. Stephanie is our driver in transportation and she is one of the best we could ever have. Everybody always gives her praise. She takes us wherever we need to go.

There is no comparisson to the other places he visited based on the price. My dad likes his apartment and they have a lot of good activities at this community. When I have had an issue, management jumps on fixing it for me. The housekeeping is good and the building is well kept. The caregivers are really good.

You have a good balance here and a pretty good value for the money. My cousin seems to be happy with all the services she receives. When she feels like she is having a panic attack she calls the care staff and she is glad that they don't dismiss her. They come and check on her and make sure she is okay. We don't have any complaints with management.

My mother in law's apartment is appropriate for her needs. The management is wonderful. They are always there to help her with whatever. We had issues getting her VA benefits starting but they were very helpful and gave her some leeway on that. They allowed her to pay her rent when those benefits came in. My mother-in-law has a dog and everybody thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread. She is enjoying the food a whole lot more since they have a new chef. The servers are respectful and helpful. She is happy with the activities and likes bingo. The entire property is maintained pretty good and maintenance usually responds to things she has needed pretty quickly. The lady who drives the bus is very patient with the residents. Audra was my first contact when we were looking at communities. She has been very patient, loving and wonderful throughout the whole process. She is very friendly and warm. I want to thank her for all her help in getting my mother-in-law moved up here. I have friends who work in the caregiving industry and they see all of the different places she could be. They all told me that if they had to be put somewhere that this community is the place to go.
