If I have concerns or issues, I feel like management would be accessible and responsive to discuss them. The healthcare staff are very responsive. They have no atittudes and everyone is very helpful. I can't think of anything that looks like it's not being kept up by maintenance. The room is always clean with no odors, so the housekeeping is definitely good. My loved one always has clean clothes. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community.

The whole thing was really just such a positive experience and management was just amazing. The building was amazingly clean, inside and out, with flowers and decorations. He was well cared for, well kept and his room was impeccable all the time. They were always cooking meals at the community and it smelled delicious, so the quality was good. Overall, it was a homey environment that was cozy, so it was a great price for what you got and the people treated him as family. I'd recommend it to anyone in my town that is undergoing Dementia because you can't get a better place.

The staff is good and I have no complaints. She seems to like the food she eats all that is given to her. Every time I’ve been there her room is clean and her bed is made. The care staff is very responsive to her needs.

I am very happy with the director and I like how she interacts with the residents here. The food and servers are good and the housekeeping and maintenance is great. Everything is organized and smells good. One caregiver is so good with my mom and takes good care of her. I am happy and I like this community.

I loved the place when I walked in. It was so bright and cheery and clean. To me that was very important. Cherise and Nicole in management have been very good. As far as I can tell the care is fine. My sister in law is happy with the place and we are happy with the place.

The price is a little bit expensive for me because of my situation. But, in order for mom to have all that care and be comfortable it is okay. The attention the management gives my mom is good. One day when I was there she took time out of her day to sit down with me and mom to discuss how things have been going for mom. I think their food quality is great and they have a good menu variety. So far everything had been clean. When you go in you don't feel like there has been people there it smells that clean. If she has a question the care staff will answer her. They treat her with love and care and I like that. They make her feel like she is part of them and that is beautiful.

It had a home like environment and we wanted that for my father in law's first transition out of the home. We did shop around and I found it to be very reasonable, we really didn't go for the price, we went for the wheelchair accessibility and the handles in the hallways, just the home, warm atmosphere. A lot of the other places are industrial and expensive and cold. Any questions I have I address with management and they get back to me with an answer. My father in law loves the food there, he says all the women are great cooks, he's very happy with the food. It looks appealing, everyone is eating when we're there and seems very happy. They always give them ice cream at the end or there is a snack here and there and that is a big hit. The layout is big and open, he can make his way around in his wheelchair and it's wide enough so that he can do that easily without asking for help or bumping into the walls, so the setup of it is just ideal. His room is always very clean, it always looks immaculate. Everyone that we've met is just outgoing, they talk to the family members and other clients like they're their own family, they're very gentle and compassionate.

I moved my mother into Fox Trail at Paramus one month ago and they've helped us beyond words. Compared to other places I've seen I think it's a fair value. The house manager, in my eyes, is by far the best. She's an amazing person and has made a big difference in my mother's life already. I wrote a letter to the regional director about this place because they're so wonderful and I wanted her to know how wonderful they are. Housekeeping and laundry are wonderful as well. Everytime I go there I never smell anything, everything is clean, her clothes are always there and never a lack of clothes because they didn't do the laundry. To me the staff there is amazing. I could cry every time I think about it. They do so much for my mother it's beyond words. Something I just cannot do anymore and they just filled in for us, my sisters and I. They make me feel like this is my home too.
