The care staff is great. The interaction that they have with my mother is great. My mother is always saying 'her friends' so that's a good thing. There's nothing out of place and her room is always nice and clean.They just seem to take care of my mom with compassion and concern for her needs.

I am completely happy with the management team in the house that she is in. Everything seems to be clean and taken care of when I visit, and the community seems to be in good order. The care she has been given is very good. All the caregivers that I have dealt with seem to be very attentive, caring, and nice. The ratio of staff to residents seems good.

Management is very good about following, calling me, and informing me about what's going on or any changes, so I appreciate that. She's really on top of things. The place is very clean and organized, and her laundry is always done. The healthcare staff is very caring. She seems to be well taken care of there.

Compared to other places, the price is fair, the laundry is always done and her stuff always seems to be organized. The caregivers seem to be very caring, helpful and attentive. They do a great job with her and she seems to be much happier here.

We are in transition with a new manager. She is working really hard. When I am there to visit mom I smell the food and it smells really good. I like that it is cooked fresh there. The housekeeping staff are great. Her clothes are always clean and the building has no smell. The caregivers that work with Mom are wonderful.

I think the value is fair for the most part. Some of the services there, like the dining, I think is excellent. I think the building always looks fine and there is a big activities calendar present for the residents. I think we have had a few road blocks, but I am satisfied with having my father here.

The house manager is excellent. She was constantly in contact with us about mom's status and everything. She was very warm, knows all the residents there. I think there's eight, give or take. She knows them, their families; she knows all the names, all the issues. She greets you with a hug. We had direct access to her cell; she was available even on Saturdays. Warm and caring, all good things. She always got back to us right away. I liked the fact that the food is home-cooked. You can see them cooking it, its small quantities. Mom has shellfish allergies, so they were very careful. When she needed her food pureed they transitioned quickly and easily into that. The food always smelled wonderful. The women in charge of cooking each added their own flare. They always decorated for each holiday. It made it a little more cheerful. They really tried to make it feel like family there.
