The Forum at Park Lane

Management is completely and totally helpful. They are informative, friendly, responsive, and just awesome. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I like the fact they have a chef there, and the menu is varied. They have entertainment with people coming to play music and sing, and my parents like that. I think they have a pretty robust schedule of things to do. The care staff know what they are doing. They have a schedule and keep to it. They make sure my dad is taking all the medications he has to take, and I don't have to worry about it.

The people make the different there. They're all very nice. Housekeeping has been really good. She has no problems at all. The activities have been good. The food is excellent. I would eat there everyday. The are no shortcomings on any of the people or staff there. We haven't had any problems with the management team. The whole staff is very nice. There's nothing wrong with any of the staff there. We have no problems with the price. She's very happy with the community. It's always a very positive attitude from everybody.

I have been pleased with the management. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. My dad loves the dining and says it is great. His room was clean when he moved in. Everything in the building seems to be in good repair. Everything is working. My dad is pretty pleased with the transportation services. He is very happy with it. He is satisfied. It is a good value.

I really believe this is a fabulous community. The accommodations are lovely, and the community is very nice. The building is big enough that you can walk around it forever and see something different. Management has been awesome. They are very helpful and are there to answer any questions I have. Everyone seems to be very responsive, and I like everyone that works in the front offices or the front desk. The food is pretty incredible, and my mom seems pretty happy with it. I have eaten some meals and have enjoyed it. The meals are varied, and everyone likes the quality of it. Her housekeeper does a thorough and great job, and maintenance is very prompt.

My mother has moved out of the community, but she would have loved to stay. The healthcare staff went above & beyond and she never required any maintenance repairs. The housekeeping and laundry was great. Her housekeeper would always clean her apartment and she did a great job. My mother enjoyed playing bridge with her friends as well as doing the games and they also had different parties to dress up for. I had Thanksgiving dinner with her there and I thought the dining was good. Management was fantastic, the accommodations couldn't have been better and they got the residents out for safety drills. All in all, If I could, I'd live there because it was a great community. She had tons of friends there and she is going to miss it.

Everybody has been great. My mom seems to like the food. Her laundry has been done and everything always looks clean. In regards to maintenance, if you ask for something they get it done. It is a very nice place and everybody has been great.

The food is excellent. We are very pleased with the dining. The dining tables are beautiful and well maintained. The servers are very courteous and very prompt. The servers are available at all times and they take care of all of your requests. It is a very nice retirement community. The people and the management are very friendly and congenial and easy to get a long with. It has very nice service and very nice accommodations.

I chose this community because of the lady that I met with originally, the food, the location and it seemed like a great place to be. My apartment is very comfortable. Everything has gone so smoothly and I am enjoying all of the people. They have all been quite nice. The food is very good. The servers and food manager are so helpful and friendly. I enjoy going to dinner and visiting with them. Sometimes it is so hard to decide because I like all the choices. I have been involved in several of the activities and I am very impressed. I like the coffee talk, the games and the programs. They are very well rounded. Housekeeping comes every Monday morning to clean. The lady who does my cleaning is very nice and does a nice job. Maintenance comes in no time flat. The new washing machine only had hot water available but they fixed that. The common areas are all very nice. The drivers are very nice, pleasant and right there to help. I couldn't ask for more. I am glad that I am here.

The price is what I expected. I feel good about my apartment and I like it. It has been wonderful. I am very satisfied with management. When I first moved in they came to see if I needed anything. When I call down there for any help they are very helpful. If I need information they give it to me. The food here is delicious. I am surprised at how good it is. I didn't know what to expect. I was one that didn't eat out very often. It is very good. I have at least three or four choices to make at each meal. Everything is fresh and warm. I haven't had anything that I didn't like. I am very glad about that because I am a picky eater. The staff is very gracious and polite and will assist me with my walker or cane. They will help me carry things to my table. The cleaning lady that is assigned to my apartment is very good. She does a terrific job. She asks me if there is anything special I want done. She has followed how I like the bed made. Everything she does is very well done and I appreciate her help. I called down to tell maintenance I needed help with my shower rod and he came very quickly to help me. I think the building is very nice and well maintained.

My mom was in skilled nursing at The Forum after a fall and she liked the people, space was opening up so we looked at an apartment and liked it. She loved the people so she decided to stay there. Management is always available, they come by and check on her and any time we need anything, they're right there. The dining is excellent, there's good quality and variety and it's always on time for the most part. There's bingo and music, she's satisfied, she has lots of activities. Housekeeping, laundry, and the overall building maintenance are excellent, everything is well maintained. The transportation services went great, the driver was excellent. I've been very satisfied with the healthcare staff, they're very respectful, very nice people.
