Five Star Premier Residences of Dallas

Management was always very responsive to any of our needs or questions. They considered my mother part of their family. I thought they had a wide range of activities. They had a lot. Maintenance was always very prompt. They were always friendly and nice when they came in. We never had a problem with the transportation. They were always very helpful to me. She loved the servers, and many of them had been there for many years.

Management seems to be on top of everything. I've been very pleased with housekeeping. The dining is excellent. There's good variety and good service. There are lots of activities to do, so I'm enjoying that. I think it's a good value. I love my apartment.

We were very happy with this community and told our friends that we felt like it was the best kept secret. It is a really pretty place to live and is a high end community. We can't say enough good about it and are really sad that she had to move. My mom had a dog and couldn't take the dog out for walks but we knew someone would come in at least 3 times a week to walk the dog. That was really nice. There were so many people here who were looking after her and the residents all got to know one another and would look out for each other.

I had visited with friends here and had a meal, and was very impressed with it. I have 10 friends here, took a look, and I like it very much. I am satisfied with my apartment and Rosie from housekeeping comes Tuesdays on time and does a good job. I leave and let her clean and when I get back she's finished and it's all nice and clean. Maintenance is absolutely great. I have had to use Steven, in maintenance, a few times and he's a hoot. He's friendly and has done things for me. I appreciate him so very much. The man in charge of dining is so friendly and nice; all the servers are friendly and nice. They know my name and I know them, the food is good, I am very impressed with the dining. The managers have all been very kind and helpful. The staff, I have not found one person who is not nice and friendly. The price is very good, it's not as much as other places, and this place is good. I feel safe here, that's the good thing. I am so pleased with this place and so thankful to the lord for leading me here.

I moved in because I liked the atmosphere it. It's a pretty place and it's in the same neighborhood where I lived for 50 years. I think the value is fair, the food is excellent and do the exercises here and go to a movie on the weekend sometimes. The transportation here takes me Mondays and Wednesdays to another place where I work out. Very good management. They take care of any problems that arise almost immediately. They are very respectful and learn names right away. I think they keep the place up nicely. It's a great place and I'm very pleased to be in here.

I liked the appearance of the community and I liked the staff compared to where I used to live, it's much better, I'm very happy with my living conditions now. Management takes care of everything that you ask for and the dining is very good. I enjoyed what activities I did, there are outings quite often.

I recently moved into Five Star Premier Residences of Dallas and the fact that there was no requirement for a buy-in like many others was appealing to me. I just wanted to be renting like a regular apartment and it seems that is the way it's being handled. Everyone who is management has the best interest of the people who live there and they know your name, all coming from great backgrounds. The dining hall is handled like a country club with the food and presentation being better than expected. The servers know you and take a personal interest in you, so the fact that some of them have been here 10-12 years shows me they want to be the very best that they can be in taking care of you. The housekeeper came in just yesterday and I always think of how good she does it. When she leaves, you can see the vacuum streaks that make it look brand new. So far, I am pleased with my experience at the community. I can't think of anything to complain about.

We checked two other places and this was our first choice and we like it very much. The management staff is very outstanding, especially the sales rep, Barbara. The dining staff go out of their way to greet you and serve you, they just go the extra mile, and I think the food is very upscale with a lot of choices. There's a great variety of activities, there's something for everyone and the housekeeping has been very well done. Transportation went above and beyond. They picked me up right when they said they would, it could not be better, it was just so easy and very very helpful. I cannot say enough, the maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and responsive. I think the grounds look good, we like the plants and are very cognizant of how the grounds are kept, it's important to us.

It is close to my neighborhood that I have been living in for 50 years. I was impressed with the friendliness and the place itself. I am really impressed that you can get all of your meals for the price. I have not been able to use the activities so far, but there is everything you want if you so choose. The people are very friendly. It is good, I have no complaints. Sheila and Barbara are very friendly and very helpful. I have been real pleased so far.

I have not met anybody who wasn't nice, friendly and helpful. The food is great. They seem to have a broad offering of activities. Maintenance has been fabulous. They have been helpful in giving me guidance on what doorbell I need to get. They told me that if I order it, they will install it for me. A lot of my friends have come to visit me and have commented on how they should look into living here.
